You can happen to nag your man. Here's how to avoid it.

How to NOT be a Nag:

  1. Practice being Tough. The tougher you are, the less likely you'll complain or nag the Head of Household.

  2. Emotional regulation. Cry but don't be a wreck. When you are in a moment of anger or frustration, refrain, keep quiet, count to 10, sing your favorite song, stay humble, find Peace in the Pain, go to another room alone to calm your emotions.

  3. Go to the gym/home gym. Ask the Head of Household to be your coach. Grind Hard! Exercise helps a bunch with body and mentality. It will annihilate any possible trace of victim mentality.

  4. Patience. When you feel triggered, endure the Pain of your trigger. Use it as motivation. Perceive it as a test for Mental Toughness. Realize that this is a short negative moment, which you'll get through & it will make you wiser.

  5. Focus on how much you love him. He elevated your life in ways that cannot be stated in single sentence. Find more reasons for gratitude to make that frustration cloud fade away. No place for Toxic Drama in Relationships. Remember that.

  6. Never Give Up! Practice even if it's tough & difficult. Push through the Hardship. Go slow but never quit. You may not see results soon or right away. But with time and consistency you will master the Art of Mental Toughness.

  7. Stick it in your mind that nagging will make your marriage/relationship bitter with unnecessary problems. If You want a peaceful romance, Get a Grip on your Insecurity, Get a Grip on your Overthinking, Get a Grip on your Dissatisfaction and Stop taking him for granted. Get a Grip on your Emotions and Become Rational.

  8. And Last but Not least and Vitally Important - Discipline. As a submissive wife/gf, tradwife, future tradwife or whatever you call yourself, you face those two choices every day.

  9. Pain of Discipline

  10. Pain of Regret

Option 1 means you remain obedient, calm and collected during the storm, even if you don't feel like it. You feel the emotion but your Rationality holds the Grip.

Option 2 is letting the emotions take over, then doing actions with certainly regrettable consequences, then Guilt & Regret for disappointing your man happens. So choose wisely.
