I’m not sure why I never considered that my hair would change so drastically with age (am still in my 20s). Maybe I was spoiled by my old hair because it was so luscious and thick with no effort. Ever since 25 it’s gotten a lot thinner and finer. It’s hard every man who’s liked me has gushed about my hair the most and now I don’t have that going for me anymore. When I put it up in a pony tail it’s like a little string. Despite taking vitamins, eating protein, minoxidil, and now Nutrafol I have the worst hair of my life. I know it doesn’t get better from here. It’s somehow too dry and too oily at the same time. It looks like a grease ball half the time. Can anyone relate? I have finally starting wearing half wigs and braid extensions so I can feel like my old self. Ladies, what are we doing to combat hair aging?
