I don't understand how you can get rid of excess body hair though? I thought that once a hair turns from vellus to terminal, it cannot be reversed? I have excess body hair, not from PCOS or any medical condition, it just runs in my family. I have found that an epilator works better than anything else. I tweeze the hairs on my chin and upper lip and some have even stopped growing back.

Huh, good to know. I am thin for having both hypothyroidism and PCOS and am always looking for more natural ways to help with it. Thankfully I don't get the hair, but I do have acne since I got off BC 2.5 yrs ago.

I love mixing spearmint and red raspberry leaf together. They taste delicious and make for a bad-to-the-bone PMS beverage.
