tl;dr Change your mindset with the 5 bolded points below. See life become better. If you see a point that you don't understand, then read the break down with real world examples and videos detailing what it means.
Abundance mentality is key to sexual strategy. Recently I read a quote that concisely explains why. "Confidence isn't "I know she likes me", it is "I'll be ok whether she likes me or not." One looks fake. One doesn't. Women are probably more advanced in the art of Machiavellian behavior and detection of bullshit, atleast when they aren't blinded by attraction for a man. So it's key to just BE. Not pretend to be. So here are 5 keys to abundance mentality so that you can learn to "just be".
I'm going to phrase it as, Average Person: thoughts. Abundance Mentality: thoughts.
1. Average Person: I am and feel superior.
Abundance Mentality: We're all gonna make it brah.
The average person has a need to feel superior in order to be in a state of comfort and happiness. We all tend to try to measure ourselves based on other people. This is an inherently flawed habit you must break. The main reason is because the quality of person you are around will fluctuate drastically causing your emotions to be unstable.
Simple Example: In highschool Bobby, captain of the football team and president of the chess club, felt like a god among the girls and nerds alike. He was highly intelligent and wanted to become an architect. His scores were excellent and his physical performance would outclass many in his county/state. When Bobby went to college and tried out for the football team he discovered that he was slightly below average, but the coach let him on the team as a bench warmer. He continued to pursue chess but was not nearly on the level of the players in the college club. He began to question if he was ever really that great at all. His confidence began to decline as he slipped into average.
Do you see how silly this is? Bobby (and more importantly his potential) never changed over these circumstances, but due to his feelings of inferiority getting to him he actually fulfills the prophecy of mediocrity!
Let's examine the other side of this. A lot of our frustrations in life tend to come from pointless superiority. Louis C.K. makes this the main point of one of his jokes. The joke is funny because you've been both people in the joke at one point or another. And no matter which position you are in it's easy to look down on the other person. "What a prick for forcing themselves over!" "What a douche for not letting me over!"
To change this way of thinking avoid thinking negatively about other people. Police yourself whenever you say anything that remotely sounds like "I'd never do that."(this one makes me giggle like a pussy you're on a forum full of reformed betas dude we literally all have a story about how we did that thing we'd never do for a girl.) "What a beta thing to do." or the classic "I know we are all just people, but SERIOUSLY?!?"
2. Average Person: I'll never forgive you!
Abundance Mentality: We all make mistakes.
I gotta be careful how I word this. I am NOT saying forgive your girl and take her back! We all make mistakes. I am actually going much deeper. See this inability to forgive others of their ignorance is actually the essence of thought policing, being offended, and PC speech.
An example of how a forgiving nature can make a person enter your frame: "Johnny Lee Clary and Wade Watts" Legend has it that during the KKK's particularly aggressive years Johnny barged into Wade's house while he was having a steak dinner with his family in order to lynch him. Since the town was small enough to where everybody knew each other. Wade heard Johnny's voice through the white sheets "We're gonna do to you what you're doing to that steak." After he finished carving off a piece he picked it up with his fork and kissed it. (Amused Mastery)
Take note that this man's frame was so strong that in the face of his family and his death he actually caused Wade to enter his frame. To accept his principles and beliefs as true. So much so that Johnny became a pastor and anti-racism activist.
How does this translate to game? In a forgiving mind state you will not be worked up by a woman's shit tests. You will have fun in an environment where everyone else's energy is weak and boring. You will not be bothered by manifestations of the feminine imperative at best you'll give them a chuckle. "You will learn to be comfortable in your skin while other's pretend in their clothes." - Lecrae.
Julien and Tyler touch on this in one of their videos(can't recall which). They specifically discuss how people say they love the world, but when you talk about the "darker" facets of life they either block you out or try to refute it as not true. People who truly love the world don't judge things as positive or negative. Tyler gave an example of how he used this to his advantage. When he was talking to a girl he was attracted to physically she told a story about one of her exes. What Tyler took from the story wasn't "wow what a pathetic disgusting woman that doesn't know what a quality good guy could do for her." it was "oh so she likes asshole guys. I can provide that." So by being forgiving of her nature he actually gave value(what the girl wanted and craved) and got from her what he wanted in exchange(sex).
3. Average person: Fuck the universe, why is the world against me.
Abundance Mentality: Bad things happen to both good and bad people, perfect is boring.
Have you ever said "hello how are you" to a person and gotten a violent response such as "GREAT JUST GREAT. FIRST my tire blows. THEN my lace pops off. THEN my shirt gets caught on a fence and ripped up. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, I had to park farther away than usual and walk through a torrential down pour just to get to work today LATE, tattered, and scarred! FUCK THE UNIVERSE." That's not a person you want to hang around. That's a wound up crazy person waiting to blow.
Can I tell you guys something? I've had a few of these days. I am thankful to look back and see my progress from say 6-7 years ago when a small series of unfortunate events would have gotten me into a raging tantrum. I'll tell you about the last time I had one of these days. This morning I had awoken from roughly 4 hours of sleep. I stayed up late to help a good friend out. Because of the lack of sleep I slightly overslept putting me off schedule. I take a faster than usual shower, make a protein shake and skip break. I'm hungry as the devil, but I hit the gym. Almost kill myself on the squat rack when I relax my muscles thinking the weight was racked. Half of it was and the other half swung down and wacked me across my neck. I finish the rest of the Big 3 lifts go to get dressed. My shoe lace pops off. Get in the car and head to work almost die to an aggressive driver speeding and cutting people off. Rather than answer my boss's question of how was your morning with a vomit of woes, I crack a fun joke and get to work.
4. Average person: I want girls. Girls like guys that lift. I don't like lifting but I'll do it for the girls.
Abundance Mentality: I love myself, I will give myself what I need to be happy and healthy because I love myself! Lifting weights makes me healthy! Hey these girls are sure mirin mah gainz!
Change your way of thinking and understanding things
The very way you think has been backwards this entire time. Watch the video if you haven't seen it. It will do the concept way more justice than I ever could.
5. Average Person: Look at the asshole in the squat rack putting up 500 like it's nothing. I should just give up, I'll never be that big. What a douche.
Abundance Mentality: Sick lift dude! You're really an inspiration. Hopefully I'll get to work in with you one of these days!
If you aren't excited by another man's success it's because you are jealous of theirs. Jealously stems from not having anything of your own to be happy about. It stems from measuring yourself next to whatever people happen to be around at the time. If you don't see why this is detrimental. Reread my first point.
