I Like your list, I'll add to it and disagree with it. I would also like to know If people would like this knowledge on a website 100fold. Coconut Oil, Salt to remove dead skin and a Natural Cleansing spray will do everything for skin care. Sunscreen is silly, it blocks Vitamin D, only use if you think your going to end up as a lobster that day, even then, stop standing in the sun if you burn stupid. Tons of shit in the City Environment lowers T, from water to plastic to Diet and Pesticides. If your serious about boosting your T, I have been avoiding all those and taking Herbal supplements to boost T and lower Estrogen levels.
