There's this chick I know who thinks she "dated" this guy for five years and was madly in "love" with him. The guy was a pure Chad: spoilt rich brat, millionaire parents, great car, nice apartment, owns a stud farm, in decent shape, luxury brands etc. etc. She was an outright plate/booty call. He never did anything for her apart from call her over for parties to bang her, constantly fucked other plates behind her back, made it very clear to her that he neither wanted commitment nor a relationship with her, and basically treated her a like shit. For five years. And she thought she was in a "relationship" with him. This was in the prime of her SMV from the age of 20-25. Finally, at the age of 25, she realized that her scene with Chad was not going anywhere, so she decided to jump into marriage with the first reliable beta that came across her path.

Fast forward to today, she is 26. She got married to White Knight Beta a month back, and ALREADY, is pining for stud boy Chad. Her honeymoon with Beta was pockmarked with incessant fighting over Beta's weak qualities, and she constantly compares EVERYTHING he does for her, to how much better Chad would have done, especially the sex. She met Chad once during her engagement to Beta (yes we all know what happens in such a "meeting"), and still sends Chad gifts and surprises for his birthday. She says she appreciates the security and comfort Beta provides to her with marriage, but will always only "truly love" Chad because he has what Beta lacks: "the spark".

We all know what this woman is: alpha widow. The sad part is, Beta could easily have done some intelligence gathering and identified all these red flags, had he just taken the love blinkers off his eyes. Now, he has inherited an alpha widow, who will probably fuck him over with divorce and run back to Chad when the next booty call beckons.
