Summary: : Don't move in with a plate, don't date/plate co-workers, watch out for branch swinging signs.

Recently I had a live in girlfriend (whom I also work with) spin out of control and break up with me. She started the relationship talking about babies, buying a cabin together, she did all the house chores despite working the same hours I did, she stopped me if I lifted a finger. She begged for sex constantly. I was pretty impressed. Next, I groomed her to be a good 1st mate and fed her red pill women literature and she ate it up and agreed. I grew a bit suspicious; she appeared to be a unicorn. So I pushed her to workout and look good. She responded and lost weight and improved looks. I was still suspicious, AWALT right? So, I tested her again and pulled back on the sex. That did it. She starts to slide. The signs over three months:

-Vagina literally starts to get a little 'dry' during sex.

-Writes me long letter about missing family she'd only mentioned negatively before and points out issues she'd never even hinted at before.

-Took a Long vacation to visit her family without me.

-Tons of cell phone web browsing for clothes, etc.

-Started going out with girlfriends even though she was a self proclaimed introvert and hated going out.

-she breaks up with me non-nonchalantly on the couch and I didn't take it seriously thinking it was a shit test. Then I try to negotiate (Big break of frame on my part).

After the break up she conspires with a number of my co-workers and gets me fired (something I considered could happen but I allowed myself to be convinced it wouldn't happen.) In hindsight she spun out for a few reasons. After allowing her to move in I never really switched over to treating her like a LTR which she resented and I never managed her like a LTR (dread game, rewarding good behavior, etc.). Lastly, I broke frame by not immediately taking her break up seriously and kicking her out.
