I had this conversation earlier. I dont mind "sluts" (sexually liberated/free women) but what I DO hate is the lies and other hamstering that usually goes along with it.

I do, even if I didn't this guy doesn't scream manliness indeed.

I used to throw a fap even when I was in ltr and I know how I was then and how I am now. My head is clear, I'm way more assertive and aggresive (and I have actually more sex than back then so it's not only a matter of shooting the load off), I don't have problems getting up or getting myself to workout, to learn and so on. Back then I'd numb myself with another fap and day would go by. Positive change is very clear.

It is killing much more than just sex drive. You are basically shooting dopamine and oxytocin to your brain like a heroin shot does to a junkie.

As long as you keep it to a minimum (no more than 5-10 minutes a day), there should be no problem.

Yes, there are lots of studies about the addiction patterns in the brains of video game players. I don't think he is implying that massive amounts of video gaming is healthy either. But 303030... is right. It is an addiction that affects a lot of things about you. If you want to read a layman's explanation by great neuroscientists, read The Brain That Changes Itself (there's a section specifically about porn) or The Compass of Pleasure (touches on masturbation, orgasm and I think porn).

Nofap is just a load of garbage.

I could not fap for almost 5 years at one stage due to medical reasons. It was a living hell and it did not turn me into an alpha blah blah blah as claimed.

The reason you want to have sex, the reason that outside of some special cases that usually involve child abuse (where the child becomes "interested" in it early) that you suddenly and mysteriously become interested in sex upon reaching puberty is for reproductive reasons. It is instinct telling you to go fuck and reproduce.

The subconscious, parts of your brain, "your body" as the above poster puts it, treats each and every time you have sex as if it were for creating children. Much like in eating food that is bad for you and contains very little useful nutrients but tastes good, your body is also fooled.

So yes to your brain it is a good time whether you actually think of impregnating anyone or not, because it can be fooled even if you're not actually making babies. I'm not so sure women's bodies are easily fooled though. Heard a lot of stories of them cheating when they couldn't become pregnant. One interesting thing is the whole IVF thing where quite a few couples end up pregnant before any treatment takes place because the man was azoospermic--modern medical "ethicists" of course never tell the man in this case that he's been cuckolded.

You underestimate the thirstyness of chumps, there's always gonna be guys that are okay with getting worked over for that chance at pussy.
