Lying is the only way to keep society from controlling every aspect of our lives.  Far too many people fail to lie successfully, if at all, and it is all due to societal conditioning and fear.  Truth is basically a shit test.

Honor, truth, pride, dignity, etc. Are all traits that are only unconditionally validated by men.  Women and the rest of society use these traits to manipulate men and only 'respect' your honesty when it gives them what they need from you.  Lying is meant to be in one's best interest, honesty is meant to be in everyone's interest.  You must not tell the truth.  Ever.  The truth makes you responsible and makes everyone else feel satisfied that they don't have to deal with it.

This is why if a woman ever confronts you about cheating you must NEVER admit to it.  She has to hamster up an excuse to drop it, or forget that it happened.  She begs for the truth because she wants to paint you as the asshole who fucked up, not do some introspection that she might suck in bed or hasn't hit the gym in a month.

Same goes with police.  You must NEVER talk to the police.  If they don't know the truth or anything at all from you, they'll go after other suspects and those idiots will talk and implicate themselves and become of higher interest to the law.  They just want an excuse to get an arrest, just like your girl wants an excuse to call you an asshole and try to get an upper hand in the relationship or cheat without remorse.

In order to lie well you have to understand why you are lying.  You aren't just doing it to persuade someone to accept a different reality, you are doing so to protect yourself from danger.  This is why you feel that 'oh shit' moment when someone confronts you about something.  It is a hardwired primal reaction that dates back to the stoneage when all of a sudden the big hambone goes missing in the cave and one of the primates looks fatter so they all corner him with sticks in hand.  You need to condition yourself to avoid this heightened sense of danger because it causes you to act like a retard and make it incredibly obvious that you are trying to twist the truth.

Dont see your act of lying as an actual act of defense.  See it from a position of value.  If someone confronts you about something, they are in need of information and wanting to believe in something to satisfy their ego- invested presumptions.  Instead of being the target of investigation, you have to provide a small piece of information that is false and then push to actively help the ones investigating you.  This makes you a part of their squad, and as things progress, it'll lead to something that doesn't involve you at all.

Practice telling 'white lies' about things that are trivial.  The reason why most people can't lie about serious issues is because subconsciously they know the consequences.  Next time a friend or coworker asks you something like 'hey have you seen my notebook' or something just say no even if you know where it is.  Or if someone asks 'hey what did you do this weekend?'  Yeah it's easy to just say not much and be vague, but that doesn't help you when it comes to building a fabricated story for a bigger issue that requires lying.  Make up a huge story and learn to do this well.  You will be able adopt such behavior with more conviction every time you do it and your confidence level becomes natural when you are being dishonest.  People who shame you for this are just exercising crab bucket mentality and social values that they need everyone to follow so they don't feel like complete idiots for believing it.

When you've been spotted in a lie, still continue to deny it.  People will actually question themselves and try to spread rumors to get you surrender the truth due to social pressure.  It's a shit test.  Dont fold.  A man who stands by his word is honorable, even if it is total bullshit.  If you lie do it right. Your lie should always be less severe and favorable to the truth that would certainly result in a worse situation.  If you can't get away with it make sure you lessen the blow.
