I was at home in my kitchen making myself a pizza, and my mom was next to me eating her meal. After 30 secs of silence she starts talking again, and asked what was the bottle I had in my room for.

I told her it was the bottle I used to drink and mix my protein shakes after my workouts.

After that she says:

Her: "Oh son, don't take that, that's bad for you."

(here we go again)

Her: "You know what protein does? It makes you have more testosterone, and that makes you more agressive. Aren't you agressive enough?"

(since swallowing the pill I've been deflecting all the shit-tests she sends my way, and have been giving no fucks for her ramblings, and that for her is being agressive I guess)

Me: "Yeah I know, and no, I'm not agressive enough, I want to be more agressive."

She gets quiet for a couple seconds, then starts attacking me verbally (the way all women do) saying that it was a mistake for her to trust me for doing something.

I ignore, and she keeps talking, and I head out the door to put my pizza on the oven.

After doing my bussiness, I started thinking how good I felt that I didn't let myself get mentally fucked by her bullshit.

I felt good because I was at peace, even son she was attacking my own Self.

I didn't give a fuck about what she thought of me or what I did.

I was at peace because I was true to myself.

I love my mom, and she is almost a NAWALT, but she's a women anyway, I can't expect that much from her.

So yeah destroying shit-tests does more than getting you laid. It gives you peace of mind, and control of your own frame.
