I know most people on here would say there is no reason to argue with a woman. And that is correct to a point. There is no reason to argue logically with a woman and be convinced that you will turn her around to see her own faulty thinking. Her hamster can't do shit like that.

Arguing is, however, a great tool that you should have in your toolbox. Women nowadays think they can get away with anything and that everyone will be bend to their will, especially the super hot alpha women. And they are absolutely sick of it. There is no more primitive way of showing who is the boss than to actually verbally show her that you don't tolerate her shit - but in a fun way. Laugh at her attempts to insult you - and then say some nasty shit back in a aggressive tone but with a subtle smile on your face. Toy with her. Make her know that she is a little girl and you are a big dude she cannot fuck with. This is actually a great way of sparking attraction in a relationship and also with game in general. The most important part is obviously, that you do not give a shit about the argument itself or her opinion of you. You never engage in actual debate - you just insult her in a fun way and then proceed to show your superiority and make it sexual. Make her laugh in the end and you are gold. Full range of emotions in a short period of time - tingle overload. It is basically you making her your little bitch in front of her eyes. Patrice O'Neal is the master of this kind of game.

It works only if it is a fun but polarizing battle between the two of you. She will be attracted to the fact that you stood up for yourself at the same time as you built comfort by leading her through her emotional drama bullshit. It makes it even sexier that you cared so little about the outcome that you actually engaged in it - a risky move. It is also like a roleplay of what a passionate couple would do, it adds both value and comfort through massive polarization. Most guys would just be pussies about it and be supplicating to the woman or try to make her look weak through some lame self depricating humor.

If other males try to make fun of you or your girl in a way that is too disrespectful you should also be confrontational. I am not saying you should be a sensitive little shit that starts fights all the time - but people need to know that you will stand up for yourself if push comes to shove. Enforce your boundaries. If you go to the gym (like you should) it shouldn't really be a big deal. Rarely does confrontations escalate to actual physical fighting. I get the whole "real alphas do not fight"-attitude, although it is usually massive hamstering of beta males who are not in contact with their primitive confrontational instincts. If you are an alpha that never gets disrespected - than you either just surround yourself with betas and females to whom you are their alpha or you are not polarizing in that alpha kind of way.

Physical confrontations is not something that I would say is something you should strive to achieve at all times - but it is defintely a HUGE part of our evolutionary background. People respect those who show that they are ready to use physical violence if the circumstances merits it - even if they do not use it. Be in touch with your violent self. Do not let it control you, but make people aware that you are not afraid to be confrontational and call people out on their bullshit if it is needed. This should be known passively, but if a situation calls for it - you have to be able to actively lay the law.

TLDR:

If you carry yourself like a true alpha - you will be polarizing to people outside of your social circle. Not everyone will like you. Some people will even try to fuck your swag up and disrespect you to try to make your girls/friends/social circle turn away from you. Sometimes it is warranted to be confrontational. Both girls and guys in the club will do it. With girls it can turn into a sexual kind of role play which is something you can also use with your plates if they act up.
