This is to everyone in the community: if you see anyone WITHOUT community flair posting links to their personal blogs, YouTube channels, etc, then report these individuals. They're easy to spot, because often times they will cross post the same link to multiple subreddits.

There will always be opportunists coming in here and trying to capitalize on our high volume of readers. Help us keep our front page focused by reporting them.

Though I could have passed this off as kind of a 'shit test' and respond to you like others have, I still wish to write my viewpoints.

I do agree with you on one point that TRP is about finding your own path. I do applaud your idea of bringing about a change, but I just have two points.

Regarding regurgitated content, I agree that it exists here. But it serves a purpose. Any self help book you read keeps on dragging just one or two points. There is a reason for that. This is to ensure the content sticks to your head. What if I just told you to meditate without giving any back story or context or defining it's importance, would you do it? You probably wouldn't given how much overwhelmed we are in today's world.
Writing quality content so that it entertains and sticks requires some level of dedicated writing. Cheers to people such as GLO who do so. If they earn a few bucks off it, I sure wouldn't mind. They are not your servants who would do everything for free. The stories they share can give insights into a lot of circumstances you will encounter and let's cherish that.

Unfortunately, the amount of self promotion over the last several months has been disturbing. Not so much the self promotion itself, but the kinds of posts that they are. They're not quality posts, but they look like they are. For the most part it's recycled content or plain old common sense that's been wrapped in a pseudo-intellectual package to pad the word count and earn upvotes. And it's sick - instead of providing useful, actionable advice it merely serves to encourage mental masturbation and more wasted time reading shit on here.

Allow me to quote you, in a post you wrote on this sub about a year ago [emphasis mine]:

But TRP isn't about you. TRP doesn't favour anyone - whether you're a 16 year old Indian boy or a 65 year old married white man, you can find posts that will be relevant to you. Of course most posts won't suit your specific situation - that doesn't mean they're shit. What keeps one man subscribed may be worthless to another.

So report posts that don't follow the rules, but don't grouch about the quality of the sub. Chances are you've just learned more and now there's less information that's new to you - maybe it's time for you to start adding to the community with more of your own posts.

Lessons learned:

As you spend more time on the Red Pill, you may find that some information is old news to you

Some posts may also be irrelevant to your current situation

That doesn't mean it's a shit post - TRP is for all men, and most posts are useful to someone

Report posts that don't follow the rules, but complaining about posts just clogs up the comment section and prevents useful comments from being seen by people who could benefit from them

What happened? Did you forget all this?

And where are YOUR quality posts adding to the signal? You have authored only two posts on TRP, one of which was removed for being a tirade of bitching.

Shame that you couldn't even be bothered to take your own advice here, because it is good advice. Instead, you've given us one more sad-sack concern troll post to address.

Flaired members are allowed to promote themselves because they benefit this community. They provide the quality content that you take for free and then bitch about.

I started archiving my posts on a blog because I realized that I'd written so much and because search engines index blogs but almost never turn up Reddit posts.

Plus, a lot of what I write references previous writing or ideas. TRP's auto moderator is set up to kill any links to other parts of Reddit. To reference previous writing, one has to have a link outside of Reddit.

If you don't like a post or whatever, just down vote it and move on.

It's something that people are lately doing as much as with affiliate links with hobbies. They are doing something they are enjoying and hope to squeeze some (big) pennies out of it, and it's the laziest business you could ever do. These people have nothing else to do and conversely also makes their posts just utter garbage because there isn't as much passion in their post as is greed.

Totally agreed, I would vote for banning those individuals on the spot if they don't have the flair as the mod says.

First off this is textbook concern trolling. So before this gets inevitably removed and you get dragged kicking and screaming into the ban van, I'm going to give you an honest and dignified explanation of the economics of the situation.

Intelligent experienced men are valuable. Their time is valuable especially once the reach the prime earning years of 30-50. Those are the men that Red Pill benefits the most from. Men like Archwinger Wisper and Rollo.

However because their time is so valuable there is a strong incentive to look after their family's economic interests and not waste their time on ungrateful sexually frustrated boys. Kindness and philanthropy only go so far especially in an ultra hostile environment such as this.

Without a few great minds setting the narrative the Red Pill will very quickly devolve into a Lord of the Flies shitfuck of the lowest common denominator. It will just be Normies talking about dates with basic bitches and how they successful nofaped for three days.

Monetization keeps the great minds around. It buys the attention of the great. Unfortunately this is probably one of the worst communities to monitize hence the brain drain. In fact only two people have successfully monotized here Rollo and yours truly. Perhaps if this was a more fertilize environment you would see more content from Wisper and Archwinger.

I guess to refram things in a more understandable way food is always better at a restaurant than a cafeteria because there is a financial incentive for it to be better.

Don't give into fear purported by incels who type up false field reports or complain about how "the real world works" with "Red Pill truths" in things like scripted reality TV shows. Don't give into the fear of the MRAs who don't want to go out there and change themselves but want to complain about how the world is unfair because they don't know how to be alpha enough to get laid.

Be a fucking man. Go out there. Work hard. Make sure you are the master of your own world. Never let another man tell you what you should believe. Form your own beliefs.
