One of my fuck girls is a very independent single mom with two sons. She wants them to be men, not wimpy bitches. Her ex is a wimpy bitch, doesn't have his shit together and he relied on her to support him. She wants her sons to be like me, not their sperm donor. Driven, focused, capable, resilient, educated, stoic, strong, and self reliant.
That is being a man, she knows her sons will be the end of the line if she doesn't have a role model for them, she doesn't want them to be miserable. She understands that she can't teach them how to be a man, and that she can't describe what it means to be a man. At the end of the day, though, your friend who is a "very independent single mom" can only do so much to teach her sons to be men, since she is a woman who knows NOTHING about what it is to be a man. This singular fallacy in her thinking guarantees that her sons will just as feminized as any other single-mom's kids.
Her kids may be financially successful, but it's highly unlikely that they'll be RP when raised by a single mom.

Well, in a "feminized" world, this is no longer called "being a man". This is expected of everyone.
You would also tell your daughter to eat right, sleep right, know what she wants, work on her goals, not to drink, smoke or do drugs etc.
These are just points on how to be a responsible adult. These guidelines are not gender specific.

Polarize to the Masculine
On a subconscious level just be polarizing towards a masculine outcome to the best of you ability at all times.
The first step is understanding what is the Blue Pill (a mythology) and get past all the anger that you were (and are) lied to and all that stuff. Once you recognize that masculinity is not this cartoon of evil that the Blue Pill pushes but actually something eternal and healthy for you then you can go about improving yourself each day.

don't be a slacker; if you have a commission based job, do enough to get you complimented and noticed by the higher ups, but not so much that your co-workers start shitting on you.
If you have a salaried job, do enough to get you noticed and get awards from your managers, but once again, not working like an ox so that it makes your coworkers all look like lazy shits.
Then work your way up and move companies every 5 years or so, but only if they give you at least a 50% pay raise from your current base salary because obviously otherwise it's not worth it.
Any other time and effort should be put into a small business venture or some sort of light reading/meditating during work so that you can utilize your free time for other shit.
Let me end with "Don't be a slacker." The whole "Office Space" if I look bored they'll hire me for upper management is bullshit. Do your fucking job, and do it well. also do your fucking hobbies and talk to the people next to you, because you don't know who next year's managers may be.

Drinking and drugs are not bad per se. Especially psychedelics can help men evolve spiritually much faster. Moderate drinking is good in social settings. Do it while you're young, because when you're in your thirties hangovers will kill you.

My great grandparents drank back in the day and they had a child that was at the time referred to as a "mongoloid," and never had a drop of alcohol after that.
Before joining the military my father worked his ass off at mcdonalds to support my grandma, who would spend days bed ridden because of alcoholism. He hasn't drank since seeing that.
On my 18th birthday I had to have an intervention with my aunt alcoholic aunt, I was the closest thing to a son she had. She hasn't drank since.
People have very good reasons to never drink alcohol. I personally might have a glass of wine or a beer with the occasional dinner out, but to say it's weird not to drink is fucking stupid. Alcohol can destroy lives.

Ive got a nice liqour cabinet, and can mix a few drinks, but I rarely touch the stuff, and I do think there is too much focus in our society on drinking, that it limits other activities. You cant drink and go do anything, you just drink and go sleep, and it spills into other days. Like if you drink tonight it has an affect on you tomorrow.

I binge drink. If I get started I won't stop until I'm in a hospital or 6 feet under. I already feel like people don't like to be around because I do t drink, good to know it's probably true.

Learn to control your complete being so you have access to all behaviors and mindsets no matter if you're sober or drunk.

I actually do the latter sometimes. And to be honest, I don't like hanging with people who are going the be getting drunk (there is a difference between drinking and getting drunk). Being around drunk people while sober is pretty shitty.

Good stuff, can you do all this? Over time, yes. These things need to become subconscious. For example your house or room or basement, etc., you should walk into it and if it is not clean this should bother you and immediately clean it and organize it. I disagree with your definition of 'man'.
In my opinion, being a man isn't about your age, it's about your attitude and actions.
A guy who steps up and takes responsibility for himself or others, is a man in my opinion.
For an example, I've known teenagers who have to support their family, either due to absent or worthless father's.
The opposite is true, I've seen older guys who at best could be called manchild's, simply because they don't act like a man (or don't have the qualities portrayed in OPs post).
In short, age isn't a good indicator of who someone is. I'll respect you if you act like a man, be it 17 or 71,
