Don't drop your hobbies that you had before you met her.

Don't organize your entire existence around entertaining her.

Keep progressing toward your goals.

Keep hitting the gym.

Allow her to see other women talking to you.

Don't over do gifts or displays of romance. Subtle ones work best.

Don't over do asshole alpha male stuff. Some is needed but you need to sprinkle a little beta in in a LTR. But, as you've learned, there's "bad" beta and "good" beta. Vulnerabilty and dumping your problems on her are bad. A little cuddling after sex is good beta.

Don't ever beg for sex.

Don't forget to tease her and make her giggle.

Flowers almost always mean nothing to a woman.

It's her job to say "I love you first". If you say it first, she knows she's got you and the power in the relationship.

Break up with her then get back together later . It's been working phenomenally for me with my current gf. Letting her know that you can/will leave at a moments notice will keep her on her toes and she'll less likely get "too comfortable" in the relationship - she'll be more eagered to please you.

I'm in a relationship with a very traditional Chinese girl and she gives me the feeling that some of my mannerisms are beta, I, being in love with red pill thinking thought myself to be a conservative man, one who was striving to real manliness. But it seems compared to her true traditional notions of manliness I'm still somewhat of a beta.

One example is when I tell her I'm cold outside. We were walking one day and she asked me why I was cold, she told me she wasn't. Before that we met a Chinese guy she's familiar with and she asks him if he's cold, he says no while nervously rocking his body from left to right (he was). It taught me something about Chinese culture and perhaps real manliness, that real men truly must be the epitome of toughness. This idea that we must induldge in our feminine side and open up about our vulnerabilities is a freaking lie.

I'm glad she showed me my beta ways, she will definitely encourage me to be the best man i can be. She is incredibly feminine and motherly, she's all about stable relationship and building a future together.

I learned one thing, if you want a traditional feminine girl you better be the traditional badass motherfucking man.

Why do we even agree to be exclusive?

If TRP preaches, "make your mission your priority," and "don't get married" and "women would rather share an alpha, than be stuck with a beta," and "always be willing to walk", then it seemingly makes no sense to agree to exclusivity.

Let her commit herself to you so she can give her full love and appreciation to a man she respects. Let her work for it so you don't even want to find another girl.
