So a lot of you have been struggling. I know that it's easy to get in the express train to Negativetown. Or you feel insecure, lonely or just fed up. This primer is for you guys.

As you should know attraction and charisma are connected to your frame. Your basic overall view of the world. So what is a guy to do if he has an overall pessimistic view of the world or feels bad about himself?

Well before you start popping those black pills and become a loser, read this primer.

  1. Practice gratitude. You're surrounded by amazing things! Wonders, beauty and interesting people. Write a list or pick something to be grateful for everyday. Imagine you went on a walk with Musicgoon. We go to a beautiful botanical garden on a nice day. On the way in, you almost step on a dog turd. You complain about the inconsiderate dog turd. The whole time we walk, Musicgoon is drinking in the sights. Smelling the flowers. Enjoying the waterfalls and streams and appreciating all the beautiful scantily clad women around there. You can't drop the dog turd incident, so you think of that the whole time and don't notice the sights. You're missing out on the experience because you are stuck in your head. This brings me to the next point:

  2. Pick up your head. Stand straight and don't look at your shoes. You'll notice that you'll feel more confident and you'll notice your surroundings better. Being observant is a great way to learn about people and social dynamics.

  3. Understand that you're human. The biggest Chad or the most popular people still get depressed. They still get lonely. They get sick and they experience stress. Everyone is just another human. What you're going through is normal and happens to everyone. Some people just hide it well. Just look at Chris Cornell, Robin Williams and Chester Bennington. Their grief and negativity consumed them. Keep in mind they had plenty of money and status. That didn't matter. They couldn't see all the good things surrounding them.

  4. Face your fears. The only way out of a situation is through. Are you afraid of talking to random people? Go out and talk. Are you afraid or rollercoasters? Hop on one. Facing your fears will give you a sense of accomplishment and build your confidence.

  5. Lift heavy. Lift heavy shit and then put it down. Make your body look better. You'll be more confident, sexy and your stress and anxiety will dissipate after exerting yourself.

  6. Try to have fun with everything you do. Make time for yourself. Go out on dates that have activities you enjoy. Smile. Get goofy. Life shouldn't be so serious.

  7. Learn to laugh at yourself. This doesn't mean beat yourself up.or negative talk. It means you own your shit. We all do stupid things. There's humor in our dumbass moments. If you can laugh that your mistakes in front of others you'll seem confident and attractive.

  8. Embrace your mortality. We all have a limited amount of time on this earth. Remember that. Don't squander it on being sad or in fear. Live every day to the fullest. When you go, you can't take your possessions with you and they won't give you comfort. The people that you love can. So surround yourself with people you love. We are social animals.

  9. Get out of your head. Your mind is a lonely place. Get out and get some fresh air. Talk to people. Go to events that you enjoy. Too many people embrace their social anxiety and survive rather than actually live. The Internet is not a social life.

  10. Learn acceptance. I was with a friend once at a strip club. We were watching our girls from the back of the room dancing and flirting with other female strippers. It was fun to just watch them enjoy themselves. At one moment, we were smiling and laughing. He turned to me and said ,"you know, life can be amazing if you simply just let it be". That statement still sticks with me.

I hope this helps you guys.
