So i was told today by a girl at work today that I seem cherpier than usual...

"Is it your diet? Are you sleeping better?"

No... i just learnt that society has been coaching me to be Billy Beta from birth and that most of them are fucking blind. I can claim my manhood now.

... I learnt that I dont have to hide it anymore

... Being a masculine man doesn't mean hiding my emotions like I foolishly thought but acknowledging them and choosing my actions despite them and realising i might still fail.... and that's O.K ...

... Being a man isn't providing purely for others but providing for yourself, which ultimately enables you to provide more for others... when you want to...

... Being a man is saying "fuck what they think, i'm doing that anyways because it is for me"...

... Being a man IS hard work physically and mentally- and it bloody should be. In the famous words of Bruce Lee: "Do not pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one"... Lift

...Being a man is holding enough value in yourself to say NO to others and not taking it to heart when others say NO to you... Rejection self compassion...

I thought i wasnt a real man yet because i didnt have a stable relationship anymore, I had four amazing years having my turn with my 9/10 LTR and one horrible one. I was lonely, sad and desperate. Crying every week and feeling like i did something wrong by ending an emotionally unstable relationship.

I found the gym...I saw a psych and got help for my depression... I started meditating... I started asking random hot girls the time to build confidence... I found TRP!

Now I realised how fucking stupid I was being... 6'2 and athletic to not love and accept myself, ridiculous. That it is ok that i felt sad and ashamed, they were my emotions but they were also wrong. That I have everything going for me and I am starting to realise it will be a battle that I am fucking keen for.

... "Yeah something has changed, I learnt something new."
