TL;DR Drunken girls get very handsy/physical but I can't tell if they are into me or just into "guy that walked by at that moment"

When on a date sipping drinks it is easy to read IOIs but it seems to become more complicated when dealing with drunk girls at a bar. Sometimes I feel like drunk girls approach me not because they're interested in me but because they want to feel some validation about themselves by making out with a random stranger.

A few instances stick in my head and I can't tell what is the proper way to proceed should it occur again:

  • Girl walks in (drunk) to the bar, sees me, walks up, puts her arms around me and tries to make out with me without saying a word. I turned my head and pushed her away because she was blackout drunk. She walked away and moments later I saw her making out with another guy.

Was she interested in me or did she just want to make out with the first guy she saw?

  • Walking through a dance floor I get grabbed by a girl and she starts grinding on me. It's dark and so neither of us can see each other or speak. I tried to turn her around but she just kept doing her thing and after a song or two she walked away.

Was I just the first non-creepy guy to walk by or did she actually want to dance with me?

  • I notice a particular girl has made out with one or two guys and later on in the night she comes up to me and tries to make out with me

Is she just on a slutty dunken makeout rampage or was she actually interested?

  • Hanging out at a bar when a drunk girl says "Hey come over and talk to my friend she's really shy!" So I go over and start talking to the friend but the friend seems annoyed/bitchy with my presence so I walked away

Was the girls friend actually interested in me or did her friend just invite the nearest guy over to puff up her friends ego?

I'm aware of "Always assume the sale" but I don't want to waste my time with a girl who just wants validation from men.
