Yeah from what you've written you defintly have a confidence issue and or you're putting your girlfriend on somewhat of a pedestal.

If I put your girl who you say is a 8.5 - 9 next to Kate Upton, suddenly she probably becomes a six. In the same vein from what you wrote when we put you beside a body builder you seem to compress your value to a 6 - 7. Maybe you should start hanging out at dive bars where you'll suddenly jump to a 9 simply because you have your shit together compared to the dudes who live on their stool?

Or maybe you should stop comparing yourself to other dudes and realize that you are the shit. Even though you have a hot girlfriend who gets hit on by your admission better looking guys then yourself you're still a better choice because of everything that people cannot see at a glance but that you've shown her in the course of a one year relationship with a hottie. You got game, they all got body but you still end up on top (of her).

Next time you see those body builders who look down at you remember that most of them put all that time and effort to get the girl which you already have without all that fucking time and effort. Give him a shit eating grin if he's an asshole otherwise just see it as validation that despite what you perceive as a disadvantage you've managed to overcome.

Yea, it seems a confidence issue and yes, i'm putting her on a pedestal even i don't fully admit it. Before dating her, i didn't give a shit about other guys. Somehow this relationship(and her personality) made me weaker... I emphasize too much on the physical aspects, as I have tall good looking friends who fuck hotties with no game at all...and personally i need some solid game to get attention at least.

So fuck, i need to work on my inner game and don't give a shit about others like before.

OP, why are you still dating her if she's openly flirting with other guys in front of you? Seriously, you need to make it clear that type of behavior isn't acceptable.

The next time she does it, pull her aside and tell her that you don't appreciate it and that you won't tolerate that type of behavior. If she does it again you dump her right there on the spot. If you put yourself in control of the relationship you'll be able to also put yourself in control of how she acts in the relationship.

You've lost control of the relationship. Flirting with other men is a shit test -- flirt with other women; you said yourself she got with you when you had two girls on the line. You need to do something to build up your confidence too, it should be athletic, and it really wouldn't hurt to put on some muscle.

Also as far as rating yourself goes, you aren't a 6 or a 7, you feel like a 6 or a 7, in reality you're an 11 looking for a change of clothes.

Jealousy is a negative trait, a character flaw. Work on it while you're working out at the gym. There are multiple possible ways of purging jealousy: you can go esoteric on its ass (your personal evolution towards love as a human being and shit), you can choose the cold, logical route (being constantly afraid of something inevitable is not only silly, it's harmful), etc. Get rid of it for your own sake.

Better not seek LTR with somebody above you on the ladder. A FBW is OK, pump and dump is OK, but she is going to cheat if she has better options. (Well maybe you have hidden advantages to those guys, for example if you have a decent size dick (in the top 20% of guys at least), or are rich/famous.. but if everything else is equal, you have a reason to worry IMHO, and if she already got that you are worried and consider yourself lower on the 1-10 scale than her, that only makes this worse)
