As you get older you'll have new experiences and you'll gain a little perspective. You need to realize this: She didn't belong to you, it was just your turn. You got to fuck a hot (albeit crazy) girl. That was fun, right? Just be thankful you didn't marry her, or have a kid with her, and you found out a little more about women and yourself.

I dated a BPD girl once. You need to cut all ties with her. Run. They have a way of manipulating you and keeping you around with the mix of craziness and good sex. She'll likely try to get you back, especially if she finds you are dating other girls. She might lie, or make up drama, or same you sexually assaulted her. Save any texts she's sent you, and be on your guard if she's really a BPD. These university Title IX sexual assault cases are no laughing matter. Your whole future could be ruined if the crazy in her decides you didn't get "ongoing and enthusiastic consent" one hookup. Just a thought.

I cringe when I hear this term 'BPD' thrown around. It's such a mainstream way of casting aside blame to unfortunate health circumstances as opposed to what it really is ==> intentionally shitty person.

And now that I know, I'm pretty sure that this is the same issue that my ex girlfriend has. This explains A LOT. I've watched her show the symptoms over and over again for the past few years. (in the relationship with me and other dudes)

I'm glad to read that you got out of this boat while you still had a young relationship and not a lot of commitment. I wasn't, it took me almost 4 years into mine to realize I was taking the blue pill and being a stupid beta.

If she's really bpd then this is just what she wanted you to believe. What she really did was give you a reflection of yourself, and that's what you fell in love with.

Don´t worry, TRP is not so much a manual to be the perfect Don Juan, it just gives you a framework to analyze your mistakes and to learn from them, instead of wandering in the dark thinking "what happened, what happened...".

If she is BPD you dodged a major bullet and learned something, good news all around..

Go out and make some more mistakes and may they be as cheap as this one.

Supercharge your learning curve that way, and it may help put the pain in some proper perspective. The pain in proper perspective just isn't all that painful, you become a realist about it.

TRP ideology doesn't require you to constantly be taking it. Know it once, it's enough. But know it well.

What you have done, like a lot of men making that mistake, is that you barely touched the surface of the TRP and ran out with the cocky attitude and PUA bullshit in your head, thinking that you are now enlightened and changed, while infact you barely knew shit.

If you truly "took a pill" you would never fall in oneitis ever again.

But you are young, it's understandable, you made a mistake early in life and that didn't cost you status, money or health. You just gained another life experience.

You have the self awareness to make good progress. You have to learn to forgive yourself. We've all made these silly mistakes. Just don't make mistakes you can't walk away from. Use a condom, don't live together, don't get married.

You are young (19? 20?) I went into college as a virgin as well and ended up bedding plenty of girls and dating a gorgeous one. I'm now 31 and slaying it. I always get a kick out of seeing how much you young guys expect from yourselves so early. Give yourself time. Focus on lifting, building your body, your career, hang with your friends. Refine your skills in your hobbies. I am so glad I kept up with my hobbies and career and now have several highly developed skills.

You will be killing it by your late 20s if you FOCUS ON YOURSELF. Don't let some bitch drag you down. These girls will be hitting the wall while you are just beginning to cash in.
