Long distance relationships will never work. It doesn't matter if you are alpha, beta or something in-between. Your woman will always be on the search for the part she is missing. Women are hard-wired to be dependent. It's not something bad. It is what it is. You can only monitor it and regulate it when you are present.

We live in 2 different cities due to work, so it was a semi-long distant relationship.

These days if you are far apart it never works.

Feel lucky she was distant because it's much, much easier for her to fuck some random dude you don't know than if it was someone who you do know.

If you don't feel angry at her, good. Don't. First, it means that you were never even that close to her. Anger fueled gym sessions are not that useful, you can crush weights for one or two days maybe, but after that it's back to reality, anger is not like some magical preworkout
