Made myself a basic guideline for becoming a man. What would you add to it?

Remove marriage from your goals entirely. Even if you are 30+. I'm past that mark, have plenty of successes and failures with women and understand how they tick. Marriage offers absolutely not a damn thing for men, and women know this. You will be seen as a chump for even making the offer. Women generally will not, these days, accept any deal where anything is expected of them. Or if they do, then you need to look up briffaults law. I've only ever met one woman who made any effort to secure my commitment before giving up the goods. I pumped and dumped her shortly thereafter. Women dont care about commitment (even the ones that say they do) because they know either you will be made to pay, or the state will have her back. It has been said that their love is their need, and these days, because of the myriad of way in which they can force the public to take care of them, by either having a judge rob you, or recieving social assistance, women truly do not need you, even if you are the chaddest of chads. It has also been said that you should just enjoy the decline. I know it seems very pessimistic of me to say all this, but I think a lot of people forget that declines, by their very nature are not enjoyable. You're just supposed to make the best of it. You can definitely have beautiful subservient girlfriends, but not forever. Remember, she isnt yours. it's just your turn.

Guys I just am not getting it. I know to do all this and that’s what I’m working towards but then it’s like I see guys who do none of this shit and still get more pussy than ever and it just makes me wonder like what’s the point of doing all this if these guys don’t do shit and still get laid. Learn to push yourself past your comfort limits regularly and become comfortable being in "the suck". Stand for something and don't move just because it isn't a popular opinion (An example is your constitutional rights/religion/etc). Know how to lead but be willing to follow. Do something that benefits society (whether that is a business that employees people and provides a service, or joining the military/EMT/charity).

EDIT: Be prepared. Being fit won't do much if someone starts shooting at your work/school/shopping center. Having money doesn't save you if there is an earthquake/blizzard/hurricane and you have no food or water. Be prepared and know how to survive different situations. Be realistic and do both physical drills and thought drills so that if you ever need it, it won't be foreign and you will actually perform.
