To be honest they're probably going to get a doctor or someone to do some in-depth interviewing of your daughter and I doubt any amount of indoctrinating would be enough to make a 7 year old hold a steady story. Hopefully this will blow up in your ex's face sooner rather than later.

Don't give up, these false allegations happen alot in custody battles. There are some good legal forums for men going through divorce. They can help you formulate a game plan.

Don't give up, get back in your daughters life in whatever way possible (maybe supervised visits), concentrate on being super dad. Then work to disprove the allegations.

Hey man, I only have a little experience and advice because I'm younger than many people here, but stick through this. Times seem difficult but over time everything will get better.

The same exact thing happened to a family friend of mine, except he was arrested and spent a night locked up. He also thought his life was over because he thought he would lose his medical practice license.

It's been a slow process for him, but after a year, the charges have been dropped and I think he's going to countersue.

But please listen to everyone else's advice about NOT using a public defender or any other lawyer provided to you at no cost. They're always bad. Do whatever it takes to get a private lawyer. That was an integral role in my family friend getting out of this.

Best of luck. I know you can get through this, although it may be a slow process.

Lawyer up. Find a good private attorney who will do a payment plan. Maybe put it on a credit card if you have to.
If a private attorney really isn't possible, then wait for a public defender.
Either way, insist on them hiring an investigator with experience in sex cases to talk to mom and daughter. I have good success taking to the alleged victim in sex cases and then they admit they made it up. Probably other investigators do.
Check recording laws in your state. If you're allowed to record your conversations without the other person's permission, record any conversation you have with your wife and daughter and anyone else who is close to the issue. This is for your protection. Better yet don't talk to them . But if you do, record if you can.
Trust your attorney.
Divorce that bitch after the criminal case is done and try to get full custody of your kids.
