Get a lawywer. Sue the school, and sue her. Simple as that. The boyfriend is going to get her in to trouble. Since you filed a police report, you can prove harassment. He will rat her out to avoid charges.

If enough guys sue, then these schools will have to stop kicking men out based on accusations.

I would say start just talking to women with out an agenda. Work on outcome independence again. Having that don't give a fuck feeling that gives you should help you interact with people again. Of course now you will be better prepared to protect yourself from false rape accusations I hope so that should help ease some of that mental worry. What a shitty situation I am glad your life was not completely ruined though. Let this be a lesson, never offer commitment to a women.

This is nothing on you, its completely on them. Any chad would have gotten false rape accusations thrown at them in your scenario. Actually, it says a lot of good things about your character. A female that genuinely has no interest in a man has no need to make up crap about him. A woman thats jealous/thinks highly of you/wants you etc will make false rape accusations out of frustration. Believe it or not, the fact that they did that shows how high you are, not how low you are.

I've been the victim of false rape accusations twice, and it really sucks. I actually had been brought in by the cops and interrogated, but that's a story for another day. Thank god my quick thinking saved my life.

Here's the thing: Your mentality is a bit wrong.

I never lost confidence after it happened, because I never blamed myself. You and I didn't do anything wrong. These women are criminals who really should rot in jail for trying to destroy us.

You need to embrace the pain, and use it to fuel your own inner transformation. Don't run, don't change schools. If you start running now, you'll reinforce to your subconscious that you did something wrong, or that you're weak. It will eat away at your psyche and confidence slowly.

You handled the rape allegation and threat with a weapon as best as anyone can hope for. Look at the media shit storms that have destroyed other young men in very similar circumstances.

You flipped a potential fatality and lawsuit into making the ex, her new bf and that other chick look crazy/dishonest in the public/legal/university eye.

There was never a clear victory on offer here, you survived and navigated your way to the least worst outcome.

That being said, I lost a lot of friends.

You haven't done anything that should have lowered your confidence or inner strength.

Since the false rape accusations have been dropped, the greatest impact I see is here is that your inner game has taken a hit. There doesn't appear to be an extreme overt threat but your identity is still toxic in your local social circles so people, especially women who you already knew may avoid associating with you.

My suggestions

Spend time with your best male friends and avoid women altogether for a while until you get your mojo back. Also speak to family you are close to (vent + rant + seek actionable advice preferable from males).
Slowly start to add women to your social circle outside your normal hunting grounds. Join a new club or hobby and this should come easy.
Proceed to finish your studies. Do not lose frame because life is a lot tougher than this and you've manged well thus far.

It's a scary thing to have someone say about you. I've been through it myself and was scared to leave the house developed anxiety over it. And this was a girl I never even slept with. I felt like people would know about it or hear about the accusations and make me look bad. So to prevent them judging me I told a few girls about it, they were cool about it. But I wouldn't suggest telling people, just try and put it behind you. You could see a counsellor if you need someone to talk to about it.

It'll get better with time, you have been through the worst of it now. Just keep your head up dude.

You are fortunate her "boyfriend" decided to go turbo white knight on you. If the knife incident hadn't occurred, you'd probably be in a much less favourable situation. Let that sink in, things could have gone a lot worse. I sympathize that you have lost friends and are now a pariah on your campus, but that's better than being in prison.

You need to be more proactive in maintaining your integrity. Most smart phones now have a voice memo program, use it to prove consent. Recorded material practically makes you untouchable.

As for what you do now? Leave the university you're at and transfer to another the next chance you get. There's nothing left for you at that place now.

If they ditched you over rumors from women they were not real friends. Fuck them, move along like you don't give a damn because you shouldn't. Again, repeat this in your head, if they ditched you over the words of a few women they were NOT your friends. They were acquaintances at best.

As for the university you need to grill them about taking the word of a girl with no evidence and putting you through the mill over it. You now have evidence of how unhinged that girl and the guy she was controlling were, but realize if you do this things might backfire. Plan to move if feasible, if not feasible then just walk tall and tell everyone the truth and to fuck off if they believe the bitch-version of the story.

On some level this makes sense. A "social" rape accusation, one that is just spread to friends and has no real intention of you going to jail is just gossip and slander.

She felt slighted by you, so she retaliated. There's only two options, ensure that she doesn't feel slighted. Or retaliate back with gossip of your own.

Since she went for the low blow of rape, I guess you could retaliate with some lewd slander of your own, say she only said that because you walked in on her blowing her dog or some shit.

It doesn't have to make sense, it just needs to be an attack.

The subtext is that it's just a shit fight between two old lovers who dislike each other.

You can't physically fight this because she has chosen the battleground of slander and social backstabbing. Tell people the "Real story" and fight back that way.

Seems to me what others are trying to say when they flame your dictionary is that it convey the wrong things, and even if you don't mean this implied meaning, it's still bad to use words that carry it.

A great example of the dangers of this semantic mechanic is Schopenhauer: he sniffed something untold about reality, decided "will" was the right word, and used it to express the principle of causa efficiens of the word ( the will of the umpenetrable forces ). He initially postule that these forces have no purpose but to express themselves. At the end of the book ( probably many years passed, since it was edited often until his death ), writing about this subject, he goes "but we can't and will never know what the purposes of the forces are"

What was explained as causa efficiens is now deemed as an unexplanaible causa finalis.

See the trick ? it's because he absolutely wanted to use the word "will", which imply that causa finalis. Initially he had the point right, with time the flawed word trumped his excellent logic. It probably flawed his whole reasoning.

So when you identify as "pacifist" people here are instinctively worried that you may turn into a non-confrontational guy and not a go-getter who can speak his mind. You seem to be ready if a fight ensues and that's good. Let me tell you one thing though: if you are ready to fight if needed, you are not a pacifist already. They are never ready to fight, and hold it as a merit. This is the mindset people thought was behind your words and here it makes bad smell.

You could perhaps express your thought with words such as "peaceful, quiet, relaxed" way of handling people. Then the point would be ignored or even cherished, imo.

I think you did well on your FRA case and the votes in the comments reflect that thought.

Perhaps you didn't want to hear a semantic discussion, but i thought it could help you to understand better why some people didn't react well to your story.

As for your personal loss of confidence, i would suggest you read "as a man thinketh", 20 pages of meaningful spiritual inquiry. I read it last night after i found it in the books thread.

The core message is: circumstances can't make the person, they just reveal them. Or put in another way: they reveal weaknesses and strengths.

You now know you have a weak spot. It's bad to have but it's very good to know, so you can fix that. Females are professionals in mental disease infections ( i mean, causing them ) but that's all they can do to hurt you, if the police doesn't work for them. If you can laugh those toxic circumstances she caused you off, then you win.

Females can win on males, but males can win on life and indirectly on women too, without need of evil or malice like they do. You just need to understand their pityful souls and laugh at it to be free.

They tryied to crack you, you either crack or laugh and move on.

We all have been cracked time and time again in youth but it's all good to learn that if you can laugh it off, there's nothing they can do more and you win. And in their eyes, you will be winning at life.

Those accusations are so retarded that anything you lost for it it's not really your loss, but of those that believed her rather than a friend without proofs. Circumstances only cut the trash out of your social bag, now you can walk lighter.

Think of it like this if you want:

It's popular wisdom that you truly overcame some really bad circumstances when you can laugh about it. No wonder why. Hint: words like "pacifist" and "introvert" do nothing good for your frame as they limit you in unsuspectable ways, hindering the clearness of your thoughts.
