Lifting weights incorrectly can fuck you up (tears, joints, strains, etc) How is this even cohesive to your argument? Everyone learns from a "coach" one way or another. Maybe it's youtube videos, or online workout programs, but those are still "coaches".

It's hard to take this part seriously if you think everyone with a nice body uses steroids. Maybe body builders and professional athletes, but regardless if someone wants to fuck up their body using steroids, who are you to stop them or be jealous?

You must take the gym very seriously but do not ever mention it to your acquaintances and don't mention it to girls. You need to downplay it and make it seem like you put in less effort then you actually do.

What you're mentioning is just decent humility. Anyone who's secure in themselves doesn't have to brag and tell everyone they meet that they do x or y. It's possible to tell someone you enjoy working out without being a tool.

On the other hand it sounds like your projecting your insecurities onto the people you're envious of. Take some time and reflect on your own insecurities.

I have never heard anyone made fun of for trying to improve themselves at the gym, which makes it hard to believe you're being 100% honest and genuine.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you on this. I have seen plenty of examples of guys in my life who made changes to improve their appearance, lose weight and they got tons of praise. They didn't get hate for changing their appearance. They got a lot of respect for wanting to better themselves.

I'm on good shape and one of my friends, who isn't in as good of shape talks about taking mauy Thai classes and people are interested in it.

You're assuming people are on roids.

As a guy on roids let me be clear.

If their Delts/Traps/Jaw is large as fuck they're defo juicing. There's large suppositories of androgen receptors in these areas, even without training they'll grow with androgen usage.

Also if they're under 8% bodyfat year around, juice, for naturals, you can't do that, your dick will stop working and your hormone profile will fuck up if you're too low bodyfat.

I think what OP is trying to describe is The Law of Least Effort

This concept is described in detail in many articles on girlschase where basically you want to project an outward display of maximum results with minimal effort.

Now whether or not the effort you're actually putting in is minimal is up to you. But making it appear that way is important because it makes you seem more mystyerious, debonair, less like a tryhard, etc - all which help your SMV with women.

So the next time you're with friends/girls but you have to leave your o go to the gym, just be vague and say you've got some shit to care of. Boom, it's that easy.

That is another example of the 30th Law. "Make your accomplishments seem effortless" and I agree with the general idea. It's a counter intuitive one because hard work gives you pride and you want to share that pride.

Agree. It's important to know that many guys downplay how much effort they are putting in and even lie about steroids. You can have a completely distorted picture if you believe these guys.

I was devastated when a guy I thought of as friend and who gave me a lot of workout and dieting advice turned out to be a complete liar.

He went to greath length to convince me that protein shakes were bad because unnatural. (I didn't believe him of course).

Turned out years later that he juiced like Jack Lalanne.
