You know how that would really work? Businesses would keep doing what they're doing, but hire an outside consultant to do the paperwork to justify it according to the new regulations.

I'm halfway through this article right now and I'm feeling angry and sad. This couple is telling their teenage kids that the dad is a cuck and their mom sleeps with a married man, and the son is proud. Makes me want to go MGTOW.

I've waited anywhere from 1 to 8 days. If they want to bang, they will bang. They don't forget who you are or get pissed off unless they have a big ego, or they never liked you in the first place. Some appreciate the mystery of you waiting, others get bored easily. It's not a black and white, one size fits all thing. I do agree that you shouldn't go full blackout. If she texts you the day after meeting, answer it and set up another meeting. Ignoring her is counter productive. But if you wait 3 o…

Problem is, and Rollo points this out a lot, any man who has to be told to be a man doesn't "just get it." It becomes a negotiated desire. The fact that she would have to tell him shows that he isn't a "real" alpha.

150 years ago women did physical work. They carried water and firewood, cooking over an open hearth that had to be tended all day. They physically scrubbed clothes. Now we have indoor plumbing, central heat, stoves and washing machines. Household chores are nothing

It's a human nature to blame the system when you are on the short end of it (society says I'm fat, it's their fault), rather than taking personal responsibility (maybe I should lose weight). TRP is about understanding how things really work and building yourself up with hard work and this new knowledge.

You may be higher body fat than that. Body fat caliper can't measure visceral fat in the organs. My body stores a lot of visceral fat in the belly area and it was saying I was 18 percent when I was probably mid 20s based on my waist size.

I have 10 years experience with variants of swing. A word of warning. A lot of these dance studios use pushy sales tactics. They also give you a very flirtatious dance instructor who suckers you in with a fantasy girlfriend routine. Women also get the situational alpha dancer partner of an instructor as an escape from their beta husband. Learning doesn't have to be as expensive as OP mentioned. In my experience, if you do a lot of social circle game you need to keep your activities with the specific girl private/discreet for a while. Other people will start to get in your business. It hurts the plausible deniability for her. I think Archwinger is describing more of a situation where you have a girl you met who is not connected or has limited connections with your normal social circle.

I've been swing dancing for 10 years and this is correct. You can't laugh it off. You're basically being cucked when another guy takes your girl on the floor and shows you up. Dancing is a proxy for sex and you have to dominate.
/r/TheRedPill29/01/17 04:22 AM

From 10 years firsthand experience, women are ruthless with bad dance partners when they can branch swing to other guys in the room. You can't laugh it off. It doesn't work.

This is the right move. Women are brutal with their dance partners. They shit test mercilessly. I've been swing dancing for 10 years. They will try to back lead or tell you what to do or complain until you non verbally show you have more skill and you are in charge. Also, if you take lessons it helps a lot but you don't get the shit tests in the same way usually because your instructor is going to help you out a lot. You forgot about the difference between subcutaneous fat, which can be measured with a caliper, and visceral fat, which for men is mostly in the belly area. It adds to your waistline but can't be accounted for with a normal body fat test because the fat is among your internal organs. Recent research has indicated that the visceral fat is worse for your health.

Internet porn is the precursor to sex bots though. You can fap and see nice tits for free. Historically You had to pay to see that, usually at a brothel. Now you can collect disability or unemployment and fap. It's not a sex bot but it's a bare minimum of sexual gratification without requiring the male to earn anything.

And the advice givers are telling her to openly tell the guy that she's lost attraction to him. He will be completely crushed if that happens, and have at best a negotiated desire. The point about not being rigid is a good one. If you finish dinner at 7pm, and a friend wants you to come to breakfast at 9am next day, don't feel the need to say no because that's only a 14 hour fast. Fun story about Christy Brinkley: if you listen to her Howard Stern interview, she describes how her biological father was dark triad and left her mom (who was very very good looking). Then her mom met a Beta Bucks who invested a ton of time and money into both the mom and Christy Brinkley as a child. That guy raised Christy as his own child. That's AF/BB gentlemen. After Chad was done with Christy Brinkley's mom, her step dad used parental investment and Beta game to get sex.

OP's girls were insistent on stiffing the guy. So if he tips the white knight, he is setting up an argument with the girls where he is defending a white Knight by not giving validation to their complaint. That's probably not going to end well, if the goal is to smash later. You can win the battle but lose the war. There's a lot of discussion of these types of situations in How to Win Friends and Influence People.

It probably came across as a click bait title. It was more of a sudden clarity Clarence moment for me, rather than a feeling of anger. I swallowed the pill a year ago, I would like to think I'm out of the anger phase. I'm almost 32 years old though so women my age are hitting the Wall and I've thought about having kids. I think if I did married red pill it would have to start with meeting a 24-25 year old, getting married a couple years later and making sure she's under 30 with her first kid.

My mom had her first kid (my brother) at 26, but then waited 10 years and had myself and my other two siblings between ages 36 and 42(!). There's a book called date o nomics which points out that in a place where the gender ratio is skewed towards more men, women don't feel as competitive and don't focus on having conventional beauty is much. In contrast, a place Salt Lake City has women more focused on their appearance, because due to demographics they have more women to compete with.

That only helps so much. At some point You will hit a wall in progress if you won't ever let yourself ignore hunger and push through. Our bodies are evolved to not let go of fat without a fight.

This. The number one block to me cutting was this mental block of not wanting to be hungry. Then I started intermittent fasting plus low carb and I've dropped 40 lbs in 3 months. No matter how you skew your diet towards filling foods (protein, fiber, complex carbs) it only helps so much. At some point you are going to feel hungry and you're going to have to deny yourself.

First thing to do is set an alarm on a day you don't strictly need to wake up. See if you sleep through it. I'm assuming you use your phone for an alarm. Consider getting a digital clock/alarm like they used Back in the 90s, but Use the buzzer and not the radio. The tinny weak sauce speaker on your phone may not be loud enough. Also, earplugs don't block out as much noise as you think. It's not like you put them in and you are functionally deaf.

I learned this sleeping in hostels as a backpacker: wear Sleep mask and earplugs every night. You will have to try different brands to see what fits the best. They're not all created equal. Our bodies evolved in a time without artificial light and loud noises like trains and cars driving by. Also, iOS has a newer feature to put your screen into night mode which is basically a yellowish filter that doesn't interfere with your body's melatonin production signals. Speaking of melatonin, try a 3 or …

My dad is a brilliant scientist but couldn't handle politics at the office. He especially struggled dealing with SJWs and it got him forced into retirement. This created strong resentment in my mom.

If you read Rollo's blog and book he talks a lot about Buffers. In this context, it's when guys go for low SMV chicks because they know the odds of rejection are much lower. After a while, the buffer becomes an ego-invested preference. Instead of going for "chubby girls" because it is the path of least resistance, a preference for chubby girls becomes part of their identity. The same idea can be applied to single moms and post-wall women. And yet, when a better looking girl comes along, they can…

"it's an unspoken rule among many Protestant churches that a new pastor already be married or engaged. They know." coming from a Catholic church I never thought about that because priests are celibate, and in Orthodox churches they have to be married before entering a seminary (otherwise they must be celibate). If an unmarried young preacher comes to a church, he would slay because instantly he's an alpha and preaching/religion is Chick Crack.

I like the conservative type girls, but you never know what's what until you get some time in with them. There are late 20s and 30s women who won't even kiss a guy without commitment. I've gone out with several. They are either from immigrant families or very conservative bible thumping churches. They take the idea of being chaste to an extreme, and think their vaginas are made of gold.

Can't you argue though that a lot of men can truly love a submissive woman, but deep down every woman (AWALT) is disgusted by a servile man? The thinking goes: It's the natural order of things for women to, completely by their own choice and without any manipulation needed, serve an Alpha male. And it's natural for a man to love her for it, if her SMV is close to his. If there's a huge SMV imbalance the man gets bored.
