Yo RPer's.

So today I'm talking a bit about productivity. We're all MGTOW, we all are ambitious and have a lot of shit to do, whether it be fitness, business ideas, essays, study, whatever it is, our lives revolve around going our own way and being productive, right?

So something I've found to really help with productivity is Intermittent Fasting (which also has a TON of benefits for fat loss and athletic performance.

What are your thoughts on intermittent fasting helping your discipline and productivity? I can say for myself it's made a big difference.

Why? Here are the two main reasons (one being the most significant)

  • Because you don't eat for a few hours in the morning you don't get the feel good chemicals like dopamine from eating your breakfast. What this entails is that over time as your body gets used to this you will do more work to make up for the lack of dopamine (as accomplishing tasks makes you feel good). As you get used to it the hunger won't be a big deal and you get to reward yourself after all the work you've done with your first meal.

This habit and schedule has honestly made a big different in my last year of study and now to my online work, blogging, etc

So I just really wanted to make this first point as it's the main reason this all works.

  • Tied into the first reason you will have more time to do your work. The morning hours are more productive so because you are more focused on completing tasks and you have more time because you're not snacking all the time, together you will get more work done. What are your thoughts on this, have you guys had good experienced with intermittent fasting?
