I'd honestly love to be friendly with his exes, as that seems very feminist and sensible, but frankly I just don't like her and I think she's manipulative and insensitive.

Pardon me for getting a little off-topic here, but this is a massive problem with identity politics. You are de-activating common sense and you are essentially gas-lighting yourself because of how you think life should be as opposed to it being what you witness in your day-to-day experience.

You are sexually jealous of past mates. I know you want to feminist your way past it, but you cannot deactivate millions of years of evolution because you have a fantasy vision of what you think reality should be. This girl IS taking your mate from you; at least in pieces. That IS happening.

That doesn’t invalidate feminism. That doesn’t devalue the need for equality. It simply fucking IS reality.

I really like this submission.

We have:

1) Crazy ex, treating the guy like an orbiter.

2) The wife making him sound like an alpha.

3) The guy enjoying all the attention he's getting from his ex. In my opinion his ex and his wife are both the true orbiters in this story.

4) The wife trying to feminist-hamster her way through this biologically-set competition.

5) A random redditor pointing out that feminist ideals are far from genetic reality and that woman is stealing her mate. Lots of others agree with him.

But... What is she stealing, again? The wife has the dick. They're just talking.

Just. Fucking. Talking.

And she's all upset because of that.

Lessons learned? Oh come on. This is the proof that what women ultimately want is time, attention and care. This is what they're buying.

This is what we shouldn't give for free.
