intelligence doesnt save someone from being an ideologist.

The heights of genius are often paired with naivete and idealism of equal proportions.
That does little to change the fact that humanity owes a great deal to those outliers.

He also was handsome and asexual, he rejected tons of women
Red pill doesn't apply to asexuals to a certain degree

This quote was from an early point in his life. In his later life, he was definitely MGTOW as he was quoted as saying that he couldnt endure them

downvote for being wrong: Tesla never actually did what he said, he remained single & developed himself. He was solid red pill man-going-his-own-way and merely said what would make people leave him the fuck alone to do what he needed to do and he still didn't finish, but got a lot done.

Then on top of that, he got ripped off, shit on and ultimately emasculated by Thomas Edison.

They are literally the epitome of red/blue pill. They did the same shit but look who finished first.

Calling bullshit on that one.
Tesla told Edison to take his work seriously or he was outta there. Guess what? Tesla baled! Tesla hooks up with Westinghouse, and Edison hooks up with JP Morgan. Edison tries to discredit Tesla, while Tesla is touring the country demonstrating A/C coursing through his body. Edison invents the electric chair and powers it with A/C (BIG MISTAKE).
When all of the dust settled, MORGAN BEAT WESTINGHOUSE - not through innovation, but through the threat of legal challenges. Tesla's and Edison's respective reputations carried forward based on their backers.

To me it seems as if Tesla was a typical nice-guy. Edison was an asshole. My great aunt could attest to that.

This sounds to me like the beginnings of a RP revelation. It's all in the past tense. He certainly was BP at one point, but this indicates to me more like he was starting to see the light.
At the very least, he stopped worshiping them.

Actually, he would never marry because his ideas and science were more important. His life spoke Alpha - he staid free and banged what he wanted. The Marquis de Sade also said some sweet shit to get him laid.

A quote doesn't do justice to the legacy of this man and his work, don't post this trash anywhere as a substantiated opinion TheWaterTemple with a single quote as being "evidenced" to a persons character.
There's also another blazing problem with your comment, the context, from what I've heard of Tesla's past the women he ascribed in his own time appeared different then those of the newer generation. As well men in Tesla's time weren't the bill pillers of modern feminism, in his time marriage was an economical arrangement. The acquisition of a woman in his time was normal in his time because the social pressure to do so was quite intense. Its easy to make assumptions based on nothing material of life presently, we can shun marriage in our time thanks solely to the progression in technology and globalization of the planet bringing us technocratic freedom in a rapid, cost effective manner.

Tesla was an absolute genius. Definitely blue pill though. This quote wasn't even needed to show that. Look at what the man invented. Yet he died broke. While someone with far less morals was making money, Thomas Edison, Tesla let his ideals fuck him.
[–]1oldredder0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
His knowledge was worth more than money.
I don't care if I die broke as long as I spent what I needed and enjoyed life to the fullest. No one will be around to inherit from me.

Maybe, but people like JP Morgan had him by the balls. He was at the mercy of others. If he had been a tad bit more like Edison or Westinghouse, just think of where we might be at today.

I agree with you, I feel to many people see red and blue more as a scene, where red = good and blue = bad.
Blue pill guys contribute a shit ton more than red pill guys, but any time you label someone blue it's like your insulting them. I have great respect for Tesla, but when it comes to women he swallowed the wrong pill.

There was hardly a pill to swallow in those days. Though the underlying principles of intergender dynamics were the same, the social environment was completely different.
