This is a story of a guy who lost his opportunity to lose his virginity at 17 years old with a hot girl who admired him, just to lose it 4 years later with some fat chick out of desperation.
A common male archetype of guys who comes here to solve his sexual problem: the nerd. The nerd had no friends, got bullied a lot and went out to escape on video games, underground music, movies, anime, RPG and imageboards. It’s the guy who desperately wants to have people around him who enjoys his hobbies but he can only find them at the internet. He also desperately desires that one girl who is just like him and will save him from this miserable existence, giving his life some purpose. The dream girl most likely resemble some female character he likes with the bonus of having the same tastes as him. It’s a dream come true.
So, this was basically me for most of my life. In my teenage years, I used to do martial arts and there was this common girl that was the typical teenager hitting puberty. It sounds creepy coming from an old guy but something I remember quite fondly was seeing female colleagues turning into women, their bodies transforming and my hormones going wild with that scene.
She was deeply in love with me back then (I was 16) and we kissed for the first time. It was great and all but I didn’t liked her. She didn’t had a pretty face but was turning into a really hot girl.
So you may think “this is awesome, isn’t being with a hot girl the whole point?”. Yes... except that she wasn’t the nerd girl I really wanted to get with.
You see, back then that attitude of indifference had put me into a position that made her desire me for years to come. Also, that same attitude made me lose a really good opportunity to lose my virginity since she asked to date me the next year, which I refused. With a broken heart, she also didn’t wanted to come to my place that same day and I didn’t tried doing anything like that later on, basically ghosting her until I moved out of town to go to college at 18yo.
In college, I developed a whole bunch of oneitis. Since I was just a depressed and weird nerd virgin, my sniper mentality of having one girl at my mind made me wait for the right opportunity, to be the creep who sends message everyday and to be a doormat. Then, they would either give up and date another guy, tell me to fuck off or just disappear one day. My desperation grew each day. I drank and smoked a lot, had physical chest pain and stayed at my room doing anything to deal with the crippling depression. My grades were shit and would get me out of university a few years later.
That was until I finally met some fat 3/10 virgin girl at 20yo and started dating her because I thought “my standards were too high”. She also made me wait 4 months so we could fuck the first time (imagine the desperation). I would only found TRP 7 years later, with a big baggage of fuck ups.
Gentlemen, as you have guessed, not only having oneitis will make you lose good opportunities but it will also make you lose the girls you actually want and settle for just about anything that will open the legs for you. And even if you meet the girls who maybe fit the “dream girl” criteria, your lack of experience and desperation will scare them away, making the outcome way worse than what you would desire.
Thank you.
