In general, the major problem that men have who are just unplugging from the matrix have is understanding what masculinity is because the culture around them is ubiquitously feminist.

Ironically, it is the feminist outlook that will provide you the most insight on what it actually means to be a man. Feminism is predicated on the fact that women should behave and be exactly like men. Thus, almost anything you hear about feminism speaking to women you can and should immediately flip it around if you want to know how to act more masculine.

For example, taking quotes from goodreads about feminism:

  • “You educate a man; you educate a man. You educate a woman; you educate a generation.” ― Brigham Young

You educate a woman; you educate a woman. You educate a man, you educate a generation. Considering men have built civilization and how society is degenerating.

  • “I'm tough, I'm ambitious, and I know exactly what I want. If that makes me a bitch, okay.” ― Madonna

Be tough, ambitious, and know exactly what you want. Yep. Thanks Madonna.

  • “A woman without a man is like a fish without a bicycle.” ― Gloria Steinem

A man without a woman is like a fish without a bicycle. Some nice shades of MGTOW there.

  • “I myself have never been able to find out precisely what feminism is: I only know that people call me a feminist whenever I express sentiments that differentiate me from a doormat.” ― Rebecca West

I myself have never been able to find out precisely what [being a man] is: I only know that people call me [a man] whenever I express sentiments that differentiate me from being a doormat. Or nice guy if you prefer. Oh the irony with this one for the beta orbiters. Have opinions.

  • “Feminism is the radical notion that women are human beings.” ― Cheris Kramarae

Being a man is the radical notion that men are human beings. You mean men actually matter? Where have all of the good men gone?

  • “I hate men who are afraid of women's strength.” ― Anaïs Nin

I hate women who are afraid of men's strength. And they will call you abusers and get you thrown in jail.

  • “No woman gets an orgasm from shining the kitchen floor. ” ― Betty Friedan

No man gets an orgasm from shining the kitchen floor. Duh. We've seen shades of this from Rollo's choreplay and the studies.

  • “The thing women have yet to learn is nobody gives you power. You just take it. ” ― Roseanne Barr

The thing men have yet to learn is nobody gives you power. You just take it. This is probably the clearest one about confidence and assertiveness.

  • “I am too intelligent, too demanding, and too resourceful for anyone to be able to take charge of me entirely. No one knows me or loves me completely. I have only myself” ― Simone de Beauvoir

Yup, that's certainly true of men. At the end of the day, no one really knows you or loves you completely... you only have yourself.

  • “I know enough to know that no woman should ever marry a man who hated his mother.” ― Martha Gellhorn

I know enough to know that no man should ever marry a woman who hated her father. Check, check, check. If she hates her father there are going to be big issues for you as a husband.

  • “To terrify children with the image of hell, to consider women an inferior creation—is that good for the world?” ― Christopher Hitchens

To terrify children with the image of hell, to consider men an inferior creation—is that good for the world? Well, if you are one of the low SMV males are indeed "inferior" creations to women worthy of not just inferiority but also CONTEMPT.

  • “It's not my responsibility to be beautiful. I'm not alive for that purpose. My existence is not about how desirable you find me.” ― Warsan Shire

It's not my responsibility to be handsome. I'm not alive for that purpose. My existence is not about how desirable you find me. More shades of MGTOW.

  • Happy wife. Happy life. -who knows (tombreck2 from comments)

Happy king, happy kingdom.

Conclusion

Anyway, my point should be pretty obvious. Whatever feminism tells women is teaching them to act in a more masculine manner. If you are a man and want to become masculine then take that advice to heart for yourself.

If you are in high school or college then this is paramount. You are no doubt surrounding by massive amounts of feminists who keep telling women to act like men. Why not flip the script and use it for yourself instead of mentally fighting against it. Plus, you can joke around with your friends: "Yeah, that's good advice... for men"

It's easy to say that men have been put in really harsh environments to learn in, but just do the little mental switch flip in your mind and take all of the feminist advice to heart and it becomes a positive environment. Never underestimate the importance of a positive mentality to improve over a negative one. It will keep your attitude and frame rock solid, and for those going through the bitterness of the RP perhaps blunt the intensity of it.

edit: Redpillsafe makes a good comment about there being some sort of dilution since feminism is only a caricature of masculinity.

The caricature is not the same as the real thing which is indeed correct. However, the caricature is simply a "blueprint" or "instructions" per se of a set of thinking. When such a blueprint of thinking is applied by the real thing (e.g. men) then it will help them grow into a masculine frame.

However, he is correct in the sense that there is some amount of dilution. My response to that is the main point I was trying to make is for those recently unplugged to know that the matrix is oppositely reversed at this point. Indeed, you will only realize there is any dilution when you start encountering RP reality beyond the foundational information in this subreddit. Or in other words, /r/alreadyred concepts.

TL;DR Thus, as a broad information base it's for the most part fine. But as you progress to being the best version of yourself you'll need to walk away from what others think not only this information included.
