I've read a few article on TRP about discipline and motivation, discipline being you're able to just do what needs to be done without any motivation or urge to do it. I think we all can agree that this is a good method, but there is something missing from this that we sometimes overlook if there isn't any passion with what you're doing you can never get it done effectively i realize this over the past few weeks, i forced myself do what i needed in my life, but the passion to do it wasn't there, so i lacked passion and failed at it horribly. **Only until i negotiated with myself of why this task that i'm doing is important to me and will benefit me i was able to successful carried it out, and provided with the passion needed to effectively do that.

An example of what i'm saying can be this.

you want to eat healthy and get a good diet going, you force yourself to start eating healthy but it only last for a few days, you don't feel the urge to carry on so you begin to proscrastinate. To fix this you must negotiate with yourself internally of why you need to eat health.

1, I would be very fit and live a long prosperous life.

2, Eating health will make me more physically attractive, so i will be able to attract very beautiful women

3, Having a strict diet will open myself to being more discipline with other aspects in my life

I can go on more but you guys get the idea of where i'm going with this, don't know if this was helpful to anyone but it's just something i noticed, thought i would share.

Lesson Learned

If you're not passionate about whatever you're doing you will not perform that task at your full potential, try to negotiate with yourself why you need to do what you're doing, it can be anything, talking to women, eating healthy, learning a new language, just have to point out the benefits that you will gain and you will find it easier to get it done.
