This chick needs to hit up RPW and get some girl game. She has none, it's kind of sad. She's female-beta to the core - she wants to assert some semblance of power in the relationship, but she can't even muster up the balls to have a conversation about it. This guy has pretty decent push-pull, but I don't think he's consciously redpilling her or trying to plate-spin. The guy isn't controlling the situation well. She suspects that he's sleeping around, and that he's trying to hide the fact. Wanting to hide something is a sign of weakness.

As long as she thinks she's got dirt on him, she thinks she has leverage by dangling that guilt over his head.

You can't let a woman believe she has any power over you whatsoever, even if that power is just in her head. Better to mention the other girls upfront and show complete indifference for her feelings. That way she understands: either she's good with it, or she doesn't get to share in my dick.
