Sex has never been too much of an issue; but since reading and incorporating a few RP principles into how I operate, everything has become simpler, more efficient, and less hassle.

Since the age of 16 I've worked Hospo (hospitality; wait staff and bar staff type jobs). Thus, being able to talk to strangers (importantly women) has never been an issue. Translating that to getting them into bed is a different story.

In my time on the floor/bar I've learned a few things, even before swallowing TRP. Starting out in the industry I played the good little white knight; in a new job, working with sexually attractive females (aesthetic discrimination, while frowned upon, was well at work here in order to provide the most enjoyable dining environment), I was all courtesy and good manners, whilst trying not to be offensive in any way. Heaven forbid I did something that would be considered making a move on anyone sexually; that's just not how you should act at work (or so I thought).

Fast forward to now, with 5 years experience in the industry, and at least 4 of them learning and using what I can in order to increase what appeal/ability I have, or in TRP terms SMV; I'de found (through trial and error) a fair bit of what works and what doesn't. Tricks to make yourself more memorable, or simple techniques which girls found attractive, methods of improving the way you conduct yourself socially. Or so I'de thought.

Then, while at university, and thinking myself a man of well developed understanding of the opposite sex, I discover through random chance /r/TheRedPill.

It was then as if I had been given a whole new visual acuity; Nothing was the colour I thought it was, but rather a myriad of small cyan, yellow and red dots which appeared to at first be a single colour. My previously well thought out notions were simply badly drawn scribblings in comparison.

Previous actions undertaken by ex-girlfriends were no longer mystifying; I saw how I dropped the ball in terms of SMV, letting those I was succeeded by take the lead, while I thought I was being a better boyfriend, and thus being dropped for the guys I saw as douches who were simply a higher status partner.

But positively as well, I feel the curtain has been drawn back; what I knew worked before was no longer magic, but simply sufficiently advanced (social) science, tempered with a little experience.

TL;DR; Just because you don't understand why it works, doesn't mean it shouldn't. Wink and grow rich? Nay, read, learn, practise and grow rich.
