Meh... That's a little too much for me personally. Halloween is the one time of the year when women can dress up as sluts and be completely not judged for it. It's part of the holiday.

I wouldn't mind if my girl did this on Halloween, since it's part of the tradition, especially to have an excuse to show her off.
