Has relocating ever improved your dating pool?

Ehh, where I live it seems to be like Neverland. I moved to my current city about 5 years ago and most guys are here to be dude bros, drink beer and drop $ on expensive cocktails and festivals with said bros. If you are in a relationship, it's likely you moved to the city with a family or with your partner already.

Where I moved from was OK in terms of dating. But you couldn't pay me to move back to Florida lol

I think it really depends where you are from. I am from a very small town. I couldn't even go grocery store without running into an ex or someone I went to school with. Moving certainly gave me more options. However it didn't necessarily give me better options, just more/new options. It also changed my dating experiences. In my town your date had to be at the home town diner, or hours away. In a bigger city, there are better places for a date. More opportunities to see how someone is as a potential partner.

Yeah. A lot more variety here at least and a bit more politically aligned, so those are pluses.

My old city seemed awful for OLD. But I kept my profile when I traveled and I got way more interesting convos in other areas, but this was years ago. I have yet to try it since I moved.

Men are basically the same everywhere but I will say I have better luck with guys from rural areas
