I really wish there'd be some daily beginner posts for likes of us to post, so that we don't keep on posting new stuff asking for help.

31M and married for 2+ years. Got introduced to MRP 3 days back while searching for some answers to my problems. So far going through sidebar content and currently reading NMMNG.

After reading through posts and valuable content, can relate to all the anguish and anger others (and so do I) feel. It's like how can someone self-sabotage themselves to this level. Planning to deal with it steadily while implementing steps mentioned here.

Didn't see any posting rules, so just typing my current issue.

Couple of nights back, had a small altercation with wife. Nothing too big. It was me calling her how she failed a certain subject in HS. It was joking banter that I usually do with her. Seemed it hit the wrong nerve with her and she started calling dumb stuff. Since then things are cold between us. We're talking, but not in normal way. It's more like formal conversation here and there. Both of us are sitting in different rooms and going on with our life. How do I deal with this? What can be done to improve on this situation?

Since being on this sub, things are getting bit confusing with me. I'm more into identifying shit tests (if there are any) and constantly thinking about them. It's like being a deer caught infront of headlight.

Any help is appreciated.

PS: This sub has been the best thing to happen in long time. Feel so good reading about everything.
