How about using no words, and NOT hoping she finally figures it out. Instead, hoping you finally get a life together enough (mentally and externally) to where it does not matter what she does.

This is not a game you play with her. Its a step you take for yourself.

You control you and you control the attention you give her. If she denies sex, remove yourself swiftly for the rest of the day. Start gaming her again as soon as you feel like it.

It took my wife two times for her to connect the dots.

We went out and when we got home she said she was tired, gave me a soft no, and asked for a rain check. I called an Uber and went out solo to catch and release, came home early in the morning, took a shower, and went to bed. I gamed her the next morning and had hot sex later that day.

The second time she asked what was up before I got in the Uber and I said I felt like having more fun. Rinse and repeat: early morning return, shower, gaming and hot sex.

There has been no third time.

It won't take her long to get it, if you are worth her giving a shit about. If you don't have your shit together, she'll be glad you're not in the house.

You can say more with no words. Words give her something to chew on, retort to, and resist. Your actions are fait accompli; she can't resist, retort, or attempt to argue with things that are already happening.

Sure she may chime in, but you aren't required to answer. Not arguing, not answering, and not announcing removes her tools. She is left with either acceptance or anger. Acceptance will make her happy... anger will make her sad. She will be sad when she realizes being more angry gets her nowhere, pushes you away, and makes her feel lonely.

More importantly, though, the thing missing from the DL4 description is what the conditioning is.

Most guys at this point have two modes: regular guy and guy conditioning her after a NO. the problem is "regular guy" is the guy he was before MRP... the guy who was getting hard NOs. Then, when you leave after continuous NOs, you are just removing the regular guy from the equation. The conditioning, as it were, just becomes "regular guy" and "angry guy."

Instead, you need to be "fun guy" around her... not necessarily TO her all the time, but around her. Be fun guy with the kids, with friends, and every now and then with her. Then initiate. If she says no, Stop being fun guy and become regular guy towards her but fun guy with everyone else.

but if she says "yes" then she gets "extra fun guy." That guy jokes with her, takes her and the family on adventures, sits with her to watch a movie. Extra fun guy treats her like a girlfriend. Extra fun guy sticks around forever and then initiates sex. If she says no, extra fun guy goes away. You are still fun guy, but you aren't going to make her feel special now. Extra fun guy or extra attention can be paid when she does small things throughout the day.

The conditioning here is that extra fun guy is the reward for sex and he goes away bit by bit when she rejects him (and why would she want to reject extra fun guy anyways?) Too many no's means regular guy comes back but only around her (why would you want to be extra fun guy around a woman who seems to dislike extra fun guy by NOT having sex with him?)

Once you get the hang of it, you can be extra fun guy all the time, and even MORE extra fun guy with other women, around her, when she rejects you or acts out of line with you.

Condition her by being fun guy when shes good and regular guy when she isn't... not regular guy and angry guy.

So, I tried conditioning my wife to not be a bitch and it backfired. I withdrew and she got bitchier. But that's mostly because my time around her wasn't that special. I wasn't treating her like my girlfriend-- I was treating her like the same anxious girl I see every morning and that I can barely tolerate. So conditioning my time was worthless.

Instead, listen to her. Joke with her. Treat her like she's your girlfriend. Establish some non-sexual intimacy. Make her actually want to be around you. And, at the same time, develop fun and interesting hobbies. If you run away from her every time you get shot down or she's a bitch, it's likely to make the problem worse. I know with all the stages of dread and the fact that we are here discussing dread, it can feel like a focus point, which can unfortunately turn into a giant covert contract - IE: I am at dread level X so she should be doing Y.

Dread is a byproduct of a man with value and options. in general I think the focus of the stages should be on your self and your life versus the interactions with the person being dreaded.

Stage 4 should be at the the very minimum 4 months in. If you have devalued the effect or your SO's words and made the focus about building you, started lifting religiously with real goals and have hit at least 1-2 already, diet is on point, and macros dialed in, you should be experiencing a transformation physically where being better fitting clothes is imperative. With your newly found confidence, you should be more social and have more things going on in general.

With your schedule filling up you will naturally pick the bigger bang for your buck for fun weekend plans. The choice between no sex and possible shit tests from your SO or going out with friends will become a no brainer, and it will become second nature.

Your wife will probably get mad about it, but a way to ease that blow is to have things set up far in advance if possible, and if faced, remain positive, fun and schedule a lesser time to hang out with her (lunch date, weeknight, nothing during prime time unless she is actually worth it to you).

So to answer your last question, you do need to give her attention, just not priority if there is something better to do. Give her your best 5-10 minutes before you go do your own.
