1) Text your wife and say y'all can talk tonight. And then you bring it up when you get home. Lead the conversation, but mostly just STFU and let her talk. Don't DEER - Defend, Explain, Excuse, Rationalize. Shut the fuck up. Own your shit. You've been acting unattractive and controlling. Accept responsibility for that. Don't explain your actions. Don't defend. When she says "You XYZ" you say "Yes, I did that and I will think about how those actions affect our relationship" and then you repeat that same message. Appologize for the stupid shit you've done and say you will reflect on what she's said. Then end the conversation, hug your wife, and move on.

2) Do not post here again for at least a week. You need to read the sidebar. Read the books. Read the top posts. And think, reflect, and pretend to internalize those things. Coming here to get internet strangers to tell you what to do is just Beta as everything else in your life. Learn to think for yourself. Read the sidebar and apply that information to your own life and relationship, and then make a plan of action for yourself. In the meantime, STFU with your wife. If she shit tests you, STFU.
