I'll give you a good suggestion: leave the dead bedrooms subs and never return. Those subs are filled with some of the most self-pitying clueless idiots that ask no difficult questions of themselves. It is a permanent victim-mindset pityfest, with all people blaming their 'low libido' partners. There is zero introspection and it is policed by the politically correct woke brigade. Nobody will be challenged on their bullshit. It will be considered hugely offensive if it is suggested the problem might be a result of looking like John Candy on a bad day. Anyone that points towards any red pilled truths will be chastised and quickly banned. It is a sad cemetery for those waiting to die.

For the MAP, sidebar and lift. Start with the basics like trying to identify and eliminate covert contracts - it sounds like you have plenty. You have set up your wife's dream life, so she should be flirty with you (your words paraphrased). You are apparently resentful because of that (covert contract to get sex from wife and as a result of your sacrifices). Few women want to bang a miserable manipulative (and possibly fat and physically unattractive) bastard.

How does it make you feel to be doing things expressly to please a woman enough to want to fuck you? Maybe it makes you feel angry? Maybe the wife sees and feels every bit of that anger and resentment and understands it as a manipulative effort to get her to fuck someone that she wants to fuck even less with every bit of your effort. You're probably at the stage where even if you were contented and did something genuinely selfless and kind, she feels it as a pressure to do something unwanted.

You need to stop trying to please her. Your MAP should be based around making efforts to achieve goals that you want to achieve for yourself, not to please and manipulate the wife, and not to live up to a role that you perceive others want you to perform for their benefit.

So want do you want to do? And perhaps easier, what do you not want to do? Try to avoid creating more covert contracts. For example rather than wanting to be a man that the wife (or other women) want to fuck, it would be better to become a man that fucks. That is to say that the action is upon your shoulders, rather than trying to manipulate others to get the outcome you want. That might sound like a steaming heap of bullshit to you right now; but if you succeed in fixing your difficulties one day, it will probably seem self-evident.

Unchained Man has some decent points / structure on mission and general organisation / setting of goals.

The rest of the book is meh. But Caleb Jones is a fat, tangerined douchebag, so that explains that.

From my experience and hearing others stories I think the most important part of the MAP process is you have to step away from your daily life and be alone in a different location for at least a few days.

A cabin in the mountains, a hotel near the beach, a lake, anywhere you can take walks in nature.

Take a note pad, pen and the books you want to read.

No tv, no conversation etc … just you thinking.
