From the 3 posts I gather you got locked down by a baby mama, she cheats on you, admits it and now blames you for being cold and distant.

You are in fact cold and distant because girls cheating on you is a habit and you feel the only way to protect yourself is to hunker down and wither the storm.

This sub is different from the others on Reddit. We are about fixing the man here, NOT the marriage. Many times fixing the man fixes the marriage too (because many times YOU are the problem), but a better marriage is not a guarantee. Start at the sidebar on the right side of the page, and read everything (if you're on a mobile you can't see it, so change to desktop view and you will see it).

I just came here myself and have been immersed in this as much as I can. I think the senior men on here would tell you this is not about bettering your marriage but about becoming a better man. Over on the side bar you will see the link MRP Guide for Beginners. Start there. There are three course prerequisites on that link, read them and everything else you can. Keep in mind this is a huge hole we have to dig ourselves out of and it takes time.
