I was doing some reading today and read about an instance of “husband cheating, wife kicks him out of the house.”

In this scenario and kids are involved; If the man refuses to move out of the house, so the wife decides to leave instead, but tries taking the kids with her. What would be correct response if the wife insists and can’t be convinced otherwise AND is adamant about taking the kids?

Just doing some contemplation if I were in that scenario and I’m not sure.
