Damn, she's got a schedule of honey-dos lined up. If you're busy doing something, tell her your cooking (or whatever) and STFU.

You do stuff on your time frame. For example, when she mentioned the pictures, I would have just said something like, "yeah I noticed that too, and I've been planning on fixing it." That puts it in your frame. You are basically saying that you were already looking at it because you are a guy who handles shit… And you handle them on your time.

That's your problem right there. You know how everyone 'round here says STFU? That's exactly what they mean. When your wife is being emotional and overwrought, you resist the urge to act like a woman and argue back or be passive aggressive by shutting the fuck up. Once you've put the work in and have established a strong enough frame you can deflect those shit tests (which is what they are) in an attractive way. But until then... resist the urge and STFU.

I would have either said "sure" or went with some sexualized A&A to the bath request.
