It is not impossible if you know how to navigate it. Unfortunately you would likely have to fake your way through a lot of it. Social aspects, being comfortable with her being outgoing, etc. OR, ideally, being RP and comfortable enough with yourself to not GAF. Shes along for the ride, you are the prize, mentality.

I think of myself as a very introverted person. And I just ended a LTR of 1.5 years in college because I need to focus on becoming the best me. She was very outgoing and extroverted and at first I was very nervous that I wouldn't be able to be the kind of guy she was looking for. But as I read more RP and improbed myself I found that she was very attracted to me anyway. This is because rather than going out or doing things like that I made just doing introverted things like hanging out and cooking or doing things with just us more fun than doing extroverted things. Straight Women want to have fun with a guy who has high SMV. So as long as you're improving yourself and making your dates fun for you then they will be fun for her too. Regardless of her personality type.
