I would just maintain frame, and pretend like whatever negative thing they say doesn't affect you. Maybe they think you're going to try hitting on them, and they perceive you as low-value, because you are a worker, and not, say, a billionaire industrialist. So this is their way of protecting themselves from your potential dick-in-the-box advances.

Also, why WOULD anyone with class fuck around with their co-workers? It's a sign of lack of abundance. Absolutely do not shit where you eat. Instead, practice your social skills and some mild flirting with them. Not the kind where you are trying to get laid. Even if the girl is 20, treat her like an 75 year old spinster that you flirt with to stay on her good side. The younger the woman, the more you de-sexualize it. 30 and under should be "friendly." Over 50, you can MAYBE experiment with it, just to boost their self-esteem. The smart, self-aware ones will get it. If ANY give ANY indicator of being or going SJW, just remain, polite and professional, but distant. Don't ignore them. But don't spend any more time or energy on them than you have to.

In the meantime, focus on gaming women outside of work.

Also anytime someone talks down on you "what a show off/tryhard", it comes a place beneath you. If they actually think/say those things then they are probably jealous of your SMV I would think. If it's a woman saying it I would think she thinks you are too hot for her. Don't let it get to your head too much though!
