Your chasing after women who have very low interest in you. Your convincing them to hang out, and then go because women are always bored. Not because they like you.

You need to get much better at identifying signs of genuine interest.

Contrary to what a lot of people here said, I've been on plenty of first dates where I just didn't feel comfortable escalating yet but led to 2nd, 3rd, or 4th date F closes.

It's most likely what you said in another comment - you're too in your head. You want to keep her engaged, get her to talk, get her laughing, and of course do some teasing as well.

Next time take them to a mall. Get them a coffee and walk around commenting on ppl and stuff on display (dont be mean). Keep it easy going. DONT ASK personal questions or display a lot of interest. Just walk around talking about random stuff what ever comes to your head like you dont even care she is a chick. Go to some thrift shop and buy her a hair band or a keychain or something. Something really cheap like 2-3 dollars etc. (Something to reminder her of you when she leaves) Go to a spectacles shop. Try different types of colourful goggles with her and critique each other while looking in a mirror. Make it fun. Dont buy them. Specially not for her. Seem disinterested and ask her to leave the shop and buy her icecream. Send her home. (Kiss her if possible). Then dont text her at all. (I mean it) If she text , set the next date.

One blind spot you could possibly be having is you're showing too much interest or that you're too eager.

Also, don't ask for a second date. Lots of girls have told me about previous dates and one thing they hate is being asked if they had a good time/fun and if they want to do it again.

Just tell her you'll talk to her soon or to hit you up. Keep it simple, let it be a mystery and let the chemistry decide if there's a second date. If she's feeling you, she will hit you up in about 2-3 days.
