So their was this girl who was a teacher aid in my class at school. I’ve only spoke with her on a handful of occasions. Recently, she graduated and I reached out to her via dm, to get together. Me: Hey weren’t you the teacher aid from biotech? Her: Yeah! Me: Dope, how’s your summer going? Her: Not bad, it’s been busy. Hbu? Me: I’ve been enjoying the summer weather and kicking back with some friends. Any interesting plans coming up next week? Her: Not really Me: Well hey, I’d like to get together. When are you free? Her: Aw maybe Friday? I gotta get my work schedule first Me: I’m thinking topgolf on Friday at 7:00pm Her: I’d love that!! I’ll let you know by tomorrow :) Me: Cool -She never got back to me -The following day Me: Hey, did you figure out your schedule? Her: Yeah! I’m good for Friday Me: Alright, cool -the day after Her: Hey can we reschedule Me: What day are you free? Her: Maybe Friday? Me: Well hey if you’re not sure of your schedule I only have a few nights per week that im not busy to have fun. So if you’re unsure we can do it some other time Her: Sorry! I started college early so it’s kinda like I’m still in school and my schedule shifts based on hw load. I think it’s really cool you took initiative making plans tho and I’d like to get to know you, but maybe when I’m less stressed? Me: Get back to me when you’re free -seen Did I get blown off if so how could I have handled that situation better? Is she interested in me?
