Had a 5 year relationship (see my profiles only post) and my cluster b, BPD, narcissist ex did come back.

Heed my warning and don’t go back. There are so many reasons why they come back (validation, monkey branching gone wrong, loneliness, etc.)

Get on your purpose and block her if you have to, but don’t expend energy on an ex. I learned the hard way and allowed her back in and she nearly destroyed me.

She will usually reach out if she fails to find someone better. You usually see dead silence for a couple of months (here she is fucking a lot of dudes), if she doesn't find something she will probably reach out.

If her branch swinging fails and she doesn't find any better she can knock on your door yes it is possible. Also, if she sees that you are getting significantly better: looks, social proof, money, this thing can happen yes, BUT

If this post is about craving back your old girlfriend, then the answer is: It doesn't fucking matter. Life goes in on direction and that is not backwards.

Not quite an LTR, but I’ve had a girl who ghosted me reach out after almost a decade as if nothing happened.

Long story short, we chatted, met up, had sex, and went NC shortly after.

They’ll always come back to check if you’ve become a winner since they last left you. If so, they slide their way back in. If not, they disappear again

Even if she's coming back it's just because you would benefit her in some way. Most times the guy gets complacent and beta af, she dumps him for some alpha sausage and when those guys kick her ass after they had enough of her, she finally comes back to you MR.DEPENDABLE. And even if you take her back, things will never ever be like when you first met her. My ex litteraly told me that she only came back because i was safe at that time. If a guy still wants his ex back after realizing this RP truth, he's not a respectable man. A man who wants someone like this who even doesn't want him is just a loser who has no self- respect and dignity.

In my case, 3 LTR, 2 came back after we broke up. The first one to came back, she dumped me. I was traumatized as fuck, very young (19 years old). Then she came back about 6 months later, amazing sex. Even better than before. I dont remember if at the time I was improving my self (probably). The other one, I dump her. I was actually improving very much at work, dont know if she knew that, but she came back. Again, great sex. In both cases, my confidence/interest in those girls was gone, so it went on and off with the sex for some time and then I lost contact with both.

Most will come back at some point, specially if you have improved and she finds out. HOWEVER, do not expect anything more than sex, best case scenario. If you split up, there is a reason. And she only wants you when u improve, that means she is not willing to back you up while you grind. She will wait in the finish line and pick the prize when is ready (the now-better you). In my book, that is a clear NO WAY.
