Men have always lived with the problem of women thinking they are only wanted for sex because for many men this is largely true.

The problem grows the longer the relationship lasts when it is only a relationship that exists for sex and would not otherwise.

A guy who wants to fuck with the least amount of effort as to "romancing her" (spending time with her, listening to her, sharing with her) and all that other shit...

Will end up with conflict, coldness, manipulation tactics or her leaving.

I only know of three ways to solve this problem.

Spin plates so that enough time never lapses to have these questions and problems even develop.
Use your understanding of their sexuality to give intense pleasure so they are addicted to the sex and than they do not feel like you are using them for sex.( how can they feel used when they are using/ getting)
Play the game of romance by being more to them than "the guy who fucks them and nothing more".

My preference is a mixture of all three.

If you are giving her amazing sex than her question "Do you like me" is not about her feeling used but because she is in love with you and than you do have some serious problems on your hands.

This makes "Do you like me" a completely different animal.

Most guys who only want to fuck a woman also do not want to put much effort into giving her pleasure. A fuck toy is a fuck toy so why care about it.

If she's dating you exclusively, I don't think it's a shit test. In a shit test she's testing your frame and seeing if you're weak and apologetic or something. In this case I'd argue she ACTUALLY wants you to say yes so she can feel happy (in the current moment obviously) instead of testing how alpha or beta you are.

if it's a random chick, just look at her for a couple seconds and say "come find out".

Say it in the most unattached stoic way possible and act like it didn't happen. Don't show any neediness.
