No. A girl isn't seeing your dick until she's already ready to go. At that point she probably isn't going to turn you down. But you may never get to that point because you have no self confidence and are self conscious about the size. Plus what does below average mean?

It won't hurt your chances for a first lay AT ALL. If being self conscious makes you lose the boner, on the other hand, things will be a bit worst.
