I’ve dealt with/am still dealing with this. Things that have helped:

Get some viagra or cialis. It’s not a solution, but it’s a bandaid while you work on the problem.

Lift, eat healthily, get plenty of sleep. Get plenty of healthy fats in your diet. Cholesterol is what your nuts use to produce testosterone. Eggs, liver, and shrimp are a few foods that are high in cholesterol. Dietary cholesterol doesn’t increase blood cholesterol, so do t worry about that.

Cut back on the alcohol if you’re drinking a lot. This is one of my issues, may not be one of yours.

Cut out the porn and jerking off. It’s not easy, but cut it out. Two weeks isn’t enough. It could take months. It’s worth it. I’m not a nofap advocate per se, but I’ve seen serious results here.

Have sex when you can. Use the viagra or cialis mentioned above if you need a crutch. I went on a trip with my girlfriend a few weeks ago. 9 days in another country, and we must have fucked 18-20 times. I lost count. By the end of the trip I’d get a boner just seeing a hot girl on the street, like I was 16 again (I’m in my 30s).

Sex and jerking off are very different, hormonally. When I’m having a lot of sex, I feel on top of the world. I have this buzz, and it puts me in a conquest frame of mind. I get more work done, I’m better with women, I do better in the gym, and I feel better overall. If I’m jerking off once a day, or even only a few times a week, I feel run down, lethargic, lazy.

Get those things sorted, and be patient. It may take some time.

There could be a psychological aspect to it too. I can’t help with that except to say that it may get better as you hook up with more women and learn to accept that it’s a natural thing for a man to do. For me it did. It’s a little-discussed aspect of unplugging, but I suspect that for a lot of unplugging men, there’s some underlying guilt about sleeping around. That may take time to deprogram, but it gets better.

It's most likely all in your head, you gotta learn to relax and not stress yourself about your performance.

If you think it's not in your head- fix your diet, get some multivitamins, extra ZMA, you can try adding tribilus for additional libido boost. Check your T levels.

But then again, it's most likely psychological, go see a shrink.

Based on your comments it sounds like a mental thing, probably stressed related. Do you feel performance anxiety your first time with a new girl? It’s normal. Once you’ve slept with someone a few times that seems to go away, mainly due to being comfortable with each other. Remember, she’s likely just as nervous as you are. A million things run through their head, especially the first time. How do I smell, do I look ok naked, am I tight enough for him, etc. Even if you’re not stressed about her specifically, stress from work and life in general can absolutely affect your sexual performance.

I’d recommend meditating if you don’t already. Also, if you don’t feel like your erections are strong enough and last long enough, do kegels. Grab the Headspace app for the former, and the Stamena app for the latter. Otherwise you sound like you’re in decent shape and no drugs/alcohol abuse. Only other thing could be nicotine, so if you’re vaping or smoking cigs I would cut them out because they can affect it as well. If you genuinely are waking up stressed out of your mind, as you said in another comment, I would recommend talking to a therapist. Stress can be managed, but if left unchecked can get to a point where you need help from a professional. No shame in that.

We need more details. Are you watching porn? if so, that's the reason. Are you just jacking off a lot? if so, stop that until you regain normalcy. Are you a normly anxious person in these situations? then you need to meditate, A LOT to settle your nervous system down.
